Crispy Pork Belly, the easiest recipe! My husband's favorite meal

- The crispy pork belly recipe you ask for so often. How to cook pork belly with a wonderfully crispy crust. Pork belly according to this recipe is unusually tender and fragrant. In this video I am going to reveal all the secrets of making pork belly with a crispy crust. Simple tips will make your dish incredibly tasty. Treat yourself and your loved ones to such a delicious dinner. Cook with love!
Ingredients:
1500g pork belly with rind
20 g parsley and coriander
2 teaspoons of peppers
1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½-2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons semi-sweet white wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ tbsp white vinegar
2-3 pinches of salt
½ tbsp oil
Bake at 100-110oC for 100-120 minutes in the lower third of the oven
The rind must be completely dry
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees
For salad:
400-500g potatoes
300 g red cabbage
2 onions
5-6 pickles
100 ml odorless sunflower oil
50ml milk
1 teaspoon of salt
black pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves of garlic
200 g canned green peas

The process is almost the same except for the traditional Chinese herb that I used for marination. Your salad looks beautiful. I would want to make that too. Thanks for the very detail recipe.
