Props to dragon lee for taking most of the tag team moves, v triggers, dragon suplexes, that f#*king suicide dive into the crowd and that betreyal where the ddt removed his mask, and did I mention he offered his opponents a sign of respect?

I think Dragon Lee is still on ROH contract not in AEW, thats why he takes all the move and pin at some point
Never seen this Dragon Lee guy but I must admit I am very impressed by him. Kenny's return overshadowed him here but no doubt that dude got SKILL

Him and Kenny showed a sign of respect for one another after the match. It’s great when you see that

Omega may have legitimatly ko'd him. Probably why omaga also talked to him after match to see if ok.

An interesting detail is that Kenny is still technically a heel but heels usually get along with heels so he could get away with that here without necessarily breaking kayfabe

@@MrMilez-ic1vl I think the ones that I remeber in 2021 he had a couple actually, one with Rey Fenix on the new year smash, another with Bryan Danielson on Grand Slam. Lastly he had one with Hangman Adam Page during Full Gear. He actually got 5.50 stars on his match with Adam Page. So in just 2021 he put up 3, 5 star matches. I don't know if he has any during 2022.

You'll wait because half the Wrestlers who would wrestle in that Match are injured and rehabbing. Do you want to see them wrestle a match when half of them are injured? Or are you willing to wait until late in the year or sometime next year when all 6 of them are healthy? Kenny Omega, Kyle O'Reilly and Adam Cole are all injured and rehabbing. You did hear Omega say he has 4 Rehabilitation Sessions a Day?

Kenny is just the greatest. I think he can still crank out some all time classics if he and his opponent want to.
Rush and Dragon Lee are brothers. Kind of heartbreaking to see Rush allowing Andrade to hit that DDT on Lee.

Dark Order is destroyed by House of Black then beats Best Friends before going to the finals to face Bucks and Hangman who takes Omegas spot after he's taken out by HoB

Man I seriously missed Kenny Omega. He may not be at 100% but he still delivers some amazing ring work. Soo happy to see him back and I'm rooting for The Elite to win the tournament!
Also gotta say this Dragon Lee guy was very impressive as well, can't say I've seen his work before but he absolutely killed it in this match. Besides Kenny he was a big highlight throughout it all
Watch his work in AAA, NJPW, and ROH. Dragon Lee is the real deal.

Its rare to see RUSH lose matches here, compare to his dominance in ROH
Kenny is amazing, even after some serious injuries he's still out here doing some absolute banger matches.

Great way to come back. So happy to see Omega back and I. am sure everyone else is too! you know, once Omega is 100% healthy, which I still feel he should stay home and rest up more for his own health. But it be so awesome to see Omega vs Andrage, Rush, Lee, Adam Cole, Claudio, I mean there are so many! Miro, Black, King, Matthews, etc. Young Bucks vs Briscoes once they come to AEW. God damn, AEW is truly the best in the world in all of wrestling! Love the respect in the end of the match. Do not see that often but as a good old fashioned wrestling mark, I love to see the respect like that. Go to war with each other, pound each other, even if you do not like each other personally, back stage, whatever it is, but to show respect in the ring like that, awesome thing to see.
