I live in Arkansas and my uncle is judge for our judicial district here, I did a lot of work helping him get ready to build a new house in 2020 and there was a day that a cop drove all the way out there just to have him sign a warrant, and he did. I don’t think he just showed up and said sign this but still, they’ll get it signed if they want to.
I was arrested falsely and had several statements written against me. I have no idea what was reported by police and the people's statements said but thank goodness the judge wasn't understanding it all and asked me why I was arrested and I said I dont know. He said me either please call someone to come get you. I'm dropping this case. I did spend 24 hours in jail and had to pick my car up at my charge at the tow yard.

I wish that him and also your family would have reached out and let someone know just how dark of a place they were in and given family and friends a chance to try to help them. As you said, even though things may seem bad in that moment or life may hurt in that moment, that moment won't last forever. Things will change, things will get better. Don't discard your one and only precious life because it's the only one you get.

About a year ago I documented footage of the George floyed protest in Philadelphia strictly for documentation. I posted the video on my CZcams and a month later was raided by the Fed's my computer, phone, camera and all electronics were sized I never committed any crimes during this event and was never charged with any crimes. I still have yet to receive my property back. Multiple calls and all I'm told is they'll get back to me. I am woudering how this is legal? I have the right to record. I didn't partake in a crime. How can they just seize all my stuff and not return it even after investigation and finding me still inncoent? I'm curious or is a lawsuit something worth pursuing?

I have a question about the " fruit of the poisonous tree" issue. Is whatever is discovered during such an invalid warrant unusable if there is a case with additional évidence that can be made against someone? What about in a completely different offense? Is the wrongly acquired evidence unavailable to the prosecution forever and for any other possible crime?
Once the evidence becomes fruit of the poisonous tree, it can't be used against the person in court at alllll. Any "additional" evidence would have to stand alone.
