  • This is a great, quick upper body workout you can do if you’re just getting started with lifting weights.
    Always start with less weight and reps than you think. You can always increase the next time. As it gets easy, either increase weight or reps.
    Our bodies like to work hard, it likes to be strong, and it likes to be pushed. As long as you’re feeling good, there’s no residual pain (different from muscle soreness) and you can keep your form, it’s okay to progress.
