A proposed interesting question to close out the podcast would be ask would be to ask your incredible Guests the meaning of life. Getting there perception on this Open question would be interesting and insightful.
Does Anyone else get motivated to go away and build a business that creates REAL VALUE after watching these amazing podcast episodes? 🙏🏽 🚀 🙌🏾
🙌🏽👊🏽
Yeah motivates me to scale my buisness
What a load of crap.
This lady was a beauty industry icon to me. Through a series of events, I’m now proud to call her a friend.
She’s the real deal.
Beautiful interview and Marcia carries so much grace and authenticity.
She's wonderful
This was the best interview I think I’ve ever listened to! I love how she looks at her customers as ‘people who sponsor you’. Such a great way to look at it. And embracing all the ideas so your funnel doesn’t dry up! So many good things from this. Thank you so much 🥰
I now tune in every Monday morning to listen to the latest podcasts and this is by far the most best one for me! The sheer positivism and belief in oneself that Marcia exudes is fantastic. I feel inspired and motivated and will probably watch thia again. Thank you Steven for sharing this with us 🙏🙏🙏
Marcia is my kind of human. Celebrate the good, acknowledge the bad, enjoy
She’s wonderful!
This was like a masterclass. I really learned a lot from this.
It really was a masterclass wasn’t it!! 🙌

Wow. I think that was the best episode yet. I’ve got four pages full of incredible guidance!. Thank you both. Every week I look forward to your videos Steven. You choose motivational guests and the way you converse with your guests is unlike any other. So grateful. I can’t wait for next week. X
I agree! One of my top 5 favs so far. I ran out and got the book Originals by Adam Grant, based on this conversation..fascinating topic. As Steven said, she is a light and we need more leaders like this in the world!
What a great interview! She brings sunshine into the room. That client satisfaction and little things in order to make sure the client knows we are thinking about them, it is so true. I only know about Soap and Glory and always thought it was so cool and luxurious, but not overly priced. Lovely to know she was behind it. This was a hidden gem guest. And also she looks fantastic!
She's great isn't she!
I get inspired every single time I watch these amazing people. I'm on my grind and one day will be here to tell my story of how I've created my dream life.
Marcia is so genuine and authentic. A true role model for me. By far my fave episode so far! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! ❤
14:38 Me either. I had to grow up when I was 7 years old, my mom went to work as a Cleaner and I had to prepare my own food, of course, warm it. I also went to school on foot by myself. I live in Brazil.

Really enjoyed this one, such a transparent and passionate person. Upon your advise I’ve got my first Huel order on Saturday, which has arrived less than 24 hours later. Their service is second to none and the products taste so good!

Don’t usually post but ive been going through all of your episodes gradually the past month to focus on listening to inspiring business stories and inspiring creative people generally. Yesterday I took the first steps to starting my own small business and I’m planning to use fiverr on your recommendation to set up my store’s website, so thankyou for doing these and giving me the push to start something I’ve been thinking about doing all year

Yesterday I was crying after I knew u in Tom Biliyeu s youtube channel and scared my frustration to my future husband: why anybody address the leading questions to someone like Steven? I wish to have access for real at someone that got rich from nothing as a true friend...why? Cause I feel to transform also and lead by example and let a wonderful inspiring heritage to my kids...and today I searched to find out Steven alone so here I am, 10x God...I'm full of extraordinary feelings of love and appreciation for u, Steven and for Marcia...u emerged into my soul bringing so much consistency in being who u r ❤ God bless you and yr mom, Steven and God bless you and yr family, Marcia, thank u so much for yr willingness to share yr self to me, I'm literally thrilled to know u, guys 💕

Another podcast uploaded like clock work. Don't ever stop mate 🔥
Bro this lady is the best, her drive reminds me of how I look at building my business
She is awesome. Down to earth and very good character 👏
she's fantastic isn't she
Absolutely loved this- huge MK fan x
Amazing, i watch your podcasts in my room with the lights turned off and no distraction.
Then i stare off into the distance.
i have to say that you are an excellent interviewer, disecting the main points of interest without pushing someone and coming out as too much, also letting the unimportant parts slide and when you have found gold, use words like "interesting"
That really makes them sing like a bird.
Maybe it's just me but I think you have a talent of filtering out useless information from the useful information.
PHENOMENAL INTERVIEW!!!!
Absolutely love her 😍 great interview⚡️
Wow is it Monday already… my favourite alarm clock 🙌🏼
🙌🏽
So inspirational, I loved this talk
Steven you’re changing the game showing what’s possible! Really inspiring I’m loving all these podcasts 🔥 you’re going to do great on dragons den 💪
thanks mate! Glad you're enjoying the podcasts
This lady is proper life goals! 🏆
Such a good listen 👏🏾
I see more of me in this woman, minus execution and millions😁 growing up in Botswana I felt under-stimulated. Since I moved hope is not too late for me to execute such🤯
She's so lovely, great listen.
Wow! What an achiever 🎉👏🏾
I love this podcast so much! Great guests, including some incredible women. You mentioned it was harder to get women to come on. I would love to hear from Anjali Sud (CEO of Vimeo), Indra Nooyi (former CEO of PepsiCo), Elizabeth Fagan CBE (former Boots MD), and Lily Singh (CZcamsr/Late Night host/Production company owner) if you can get them on!
Let’s gooooooo 🙏🏼
Where to, boay?
amazing! thank you.
🙏🏽
My girl from way back! Life is a Bliss!
Absolutely amazing lady tremendous achievement, definitely a renaissance woman. Steven I subscribed to Huel because of you, I got my first order today. I went for the ready to drink option and picked all the flavours to see which I like the best. The Berry one is nice, but the chocolate flavour is my favourite, banana flavour tomorrow. Thanks
A beautiful warm and inspirational lady ❤️
Quotes from this podcast + two must read behavioural economics boosk
"Everyone has an interesting story, but the editor is going to write for those that they like, and they are probably going to get a bit further"
"The basics of sales is to listen to your customer and they will tell you what they want" (I can add that is applicable in all life scenarios)
The two behaviour economics theories that you should read (finished both in university):
Misbehaving: The Making of Behavioral Economics by Richard Thaler
Nudge by Richard Thaler
I was going to do it yesterday, but travel got in my way
Love these! Keep it up! You should invite Kika Osunde someday 🤗.
From Senegal 🇸🇳
Really good interview! She's is an inspiration.
Great interview! Just one question: at 18y old, how did she end up with no money doing gym in the same place as celebrities?
WOW!!! ❤❤❤
Can we now all agree it's cool for professionals to wear sneakers? 🙌🏻
Please if I may ask where did you buy that centre table from. Thank you
💎💎💎
I relate to what she says about her HS classmates. Isn’t that she didn’t fit in or she wasn’t liked by her classmates. She didn’t have a lot to talk about with them.
This is great if you don't really do B2C.
Is there any super like button?
Sam Harris ❤️!!!
1:09:19 ❤
Did anyone catch her book recommendations?
PLEASE INTERVIEW NATATCHA OCEANE
This is a great interview but not for the right reasons for me. I am not sure how true it is. I am not convinced someone in NY with no money could suddenly afford a gym membership in a gym which attracts Calebs - perhaps people have different ideas of what no money is. Beauty Pie was fantastic 2 years ago but the way customers have been treated over the past 18 months goes against everything which has been said, hence so many people have left, including me. Perhaps she needs to reflect on the importance of putting the customer first. Made some nice points.
Coming to Dubai?
No link for email Steve…
It is in there, here’s the link - g2ul0.app.link/diaryofaceolive see you there!
The fact that she's mentioning facials and I'm thinking of something else ... I think I need to start going to church again, damn.
I hate the presenter, but I like to listen to his business guests
Soap and glory!? what's her secret?
Why did you disable likes/dislikes on the video with Mary Portas? How is anyone supposed to take you seriously if you can't even let it be known that your content is being criticised?
U
📌,I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone's that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
Hello, I’m 37 and I am not worth much yet , please help me out. Bought my first house last month and I can't seem to make any other smart investment.
When I saw testimonies all over the place I thought it was all made up stories till I was convinced and gave it a try and honestly I don't regret the move i made because I invested in a big way
i hope nobody is listening??!?! what kind of slogan is that? you manifest what you say.
The title says ‘how i built 5 multi million dollar companies’…I mean I would have expected a little more of the ‘how’..?? We barely heard much about fitflop, beautypie etc never mind the process through which the companies were built. Yes the conversation touched on Bliss and how it started but so much of her business story is just skimmed past. Is this because the guest doesn’t want to elaborate? It’s really disappointing because some of these conversations really get to the cusp of how a company was built, scaled, etc but then some of these conversations just fall short and as the viewer / listener, you’re left feeling as though it wasn’t worth the 1.5 hours invested. I think the interview should have been more focussed and if the conversation just doesn’t address what the title says it does, then use a different one, clickbait isnt going to keep viewership. Wishy washy material just for the sake of a longer podcast rather than having pride in your work and actually producing material worth its journalistic weight by someone who is allegedly supposed to have a higher than average business acumen. Listeners of this business podcast are not of average intellect (most of the public is not going to be interested in a majority of the guests) but these conversations are appearing more and more like the equivalent of pop culture and if that’s the target audience then perhaps steve should change his tact and interview more of the likes of liam payne and his journey through pop stardom. How disappointing getting THE guests we want to hear from, about the business and it’s journey but barely getting much in return for an investment of 1.5 hours. This should be called therapeutic sessions with ceos - we talk about feelings and skim over the business bit.
an opportunity to start your own.
