*If you put Masking Tape over the Wood Before you Laser Engrave it the Sut will be on the masking tape you will not have to sand it. This also makes it easy to back fill the engraving with Black Paint to Darken the Engraving.*

how wide was it and what angle did you cut the slots at?

I see you said 68 degrees on the slots as well when I rewatched it. I ended up making one for my son out of African Padauk thanks for the inspiration and model.
