I want to make a blue line flag challenge coin holder with minimum tools. I don’t own a table saw😢.

Oh my! That’s a hard task without a table saw!

Use a plywood box with a circular saw secured upside down under it to make a "table saw" .
A level and clamps can be your rip fence

man! plz use push sticks, i slowed your video down, went out and measured my portable saw just like yours..... your fingers came within 1.5 inches of hitting the blade multiple times. believe me, from experience, my workers fingers got messed up.
