If it is only a dollar hour then why do companies not want to pay it to their employees. I had a boss like that he was hiring in guys at more than we were being paid. So I quit after 5 years strictly on principle. Worked out for me I raised my hourly wage 11.20 in the past year or so. It’s a great time to be tradesmen.
