I wonder if Ricky will ever figure out that he can get all the sleep he needs in the county jail while the Bossman rethinks his schedule over from his hospital bed.
I was smiling until he said "slam another energy drink, grab a honeybun, and think of reasons to not burn this place to the ground." I was on the floor laughing😂😂😂 That is literally my work routine
Ricky sounds like someone I knew that worked in oilfield. He had worked virtually 4 months straight on what was supposed to be 14 on, 7 off. (Off only 2 days total in that time) He quit when they told him he couldn't be off for the birth of his kid. He went to being a mobile mechanic after that.
We had a how to improve morale and retention thing at my one job... It quickly got swept under the rug when employees told the truth and said pretty much every direct supervisor sucked and the company needed to use something other than do it or you're fired... This is the same company that would ask everyone to take a how you like your job survey and they stopped giving that survey when everyone said that they needed to be paid more, needed more co workers for there jobs and complained about management... The pandemic firing me was the best thing that ever happened to me...
I always tell my boss , I only work Monday to Friday and once a month I'm going home early on Friday and I'm not coming in on on Monday at all , you can take that to the bank . 😂
Oh brother, you nailed this one right on the head. I just finished a 26 day stretch and before that I had one day off. Between that and the 24 day stretch I did. Work life balance for the working poor is a joke. I work to pay my bills and to have the modest living I have. Didn't realize making over 100k a year would be so hard to live on, but in this day and age I guess I'm lucky to have a roof over my head and food on my family's table. Work why the work's there. That's what I was always taught as an apprentice and now is a journeyman. It's what I try to teach the young pups coming up. You make the most realistic trades content. Ive see you on CZcams. Keep it up brother!
John, you have a way of putting the skits so relatable and real. The last 3 contract jobs I had co workers just like your character's. Your a smart guy.

Bossman is way overdue for a reminder that Ricky is the undercover owner. 😂
“Did I really schedule you back to back days off???” Had me rolling. 😂😂😂
Sometimes Bossman is your buddy, sometimes they are a brick wall.

Ricky speaks what the working man wishes to say to there boss/bosses. Love the videos. Keep them coming. 🤣🤣🤣
I had to pause to laugh at "did I really schedule you back to back days off? 😂😂😂
Ricky gave more answers than I would have. I would have laughed at the boss and said ask someone else I don't care enough to respond.
Gotta love some Ricky- he is all of us no matter your job, position,or gender !!!!
I lost it at the back to back scheduled off days.. 😂🤘🏼🇺🇲
Ricky is exactly like most of the guys I worked with for years in construction hate and love in equal measures hate the job love the paychecks

Gas station burrito, second energy drink by when, direct deposits never late, reasons not to burn this place to the ground. This one is gold buddy!😂😂😂
Two energy drinks and a gas station burrito, well damn all he needs is a handful of ibuprofen and that would be called the "millennial special".
