That appears to be a VAPE flywheel. Can lighten those in a lathe. Drill out the holes also. Just don't touch the magnets.
Tremendous work, unique as i don't know of anyone else so specialised. Could bin the background music though.

I'm using UNI casings . Quality is better than original and price is good that are stronger and have more gasket area for tuning 💪
