    I was going to make my own electrolyte drink which requires salt, so now I'm confused when you say ditch the salt because it's an electrolyte.

    Thankyou.. i want to come off HRT..its stopped hot flashes but...im still getting all other symptoms and worse than ever.. insomnia is chronic for 3 years now. Pain is so bad. Please advise me what to do.

    Thank you so much. After getting a second diagnosis of Fibroids plus my already bad gut. I'm now serious about my hormones. I refuse to take the Contraceptive pills my doctor gave me.

    decent amount of salt is higly important for nervous system

      Yes, so many drs telling people to remove salt, and nothing can be farther from the truth. Every cell in the body needs salt. She doesn't she just says to watch it! Regular table salt and sodium they put in packaged foods does not compare to the minerals in Celtic salt.
