    From past three days I'm doing yoga in the morning and also I drink Tulsi water🌿(5-6 petals of Tulsi with warm water) along with it. We should drink 3-4 liters of water a day and tulsi is very pure😌Trust me you will see results soon🤍☺️

    I love to learn more about the yoga practice. However on one end end cruciferous foods and dairy are good for hormone balance but on the other end it not to good for thyroid or pcos. So it's how to balance those things. But this information is good.

      Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and ovarian cysts are not the same thing, although there can be
      some overlap in terms of symptoms and appearance.
      Ovarian cysts are fluid-filled sacs that can form on or within the ovaries. They are a relatively
      common condition, and many women will develop cysts at some point in their lives. Most ovarian
      cysts are benign and do not cause symptoms, although some can cause pain or other issues.
      PCOS, on the other hand, is a hormonal disorder that affects the ovaries and can lead to a range of
      symptoms, including irregular periods, acne, weight gain, and excess hair growth. Women with PCOS
