A better fix will be to modify it to take a modern lithium ion battery pack. I will probably get round to it eventually 😁

For the amount that I use them, they are all good enough 🤣 Obviously I leave the borders untrimmed to support the local wildlife 🤔🦔🐁😁 Well, that is my excuse 👍

Exact battery as the un-alived Ni-Cd here. Your charger looks superficially like my Tenergy, same inputs/outputs and 4 buttons below the same screen. I might try to fix my hobbygrade charger to fix the battery 🤣

It did the job, but I might convert the strimmer to take one of my LiIon batteries anyway.
