Also, to answer the quote question: there's too many good ones to choose, almost everything said by Laszlo is just solid gold, one of them is "He's my best friend, he's my pal. He's my homeboy, my rotten soldier. He's mt sweet cheese, my good-time boy.", not really a quote, but Jeff being referred to as "Jesk".

I really liked your reaction and I'd love to see you all react to the show in the future! Also, the guy in the white t-shirt reminded me of Stu a lot (sorry, that's the first video that I've watched on this channel, so I don't remember his name).
You all were close about feeling like it's improv.
A script was written by Taika and Jemaine, but was never show to the actors. They got together their friends who they knew could improv, including Rhys Darby (i recommend Our Flag Means Death - a Taika and Rhys pirate comedy). And they told them what was happening in the scene and some choice words if they needed it to be in. But otherwise, everything is improv!
Besides the spinoff of the same name, there is another called Wellington Paranormal with the two officers in this movie.
Stu the actor, *IS* an IT guy, they asked him if he wanted to be in a movie.

I thought it was funny when you said that Nick looked like Bilbo in that one scene. A lot of the sets for this movie was taken for Peter Jackson’s Lord of the rings sets.
The entire movie was improv. Jemaine & Taika wrote a script, but didnt show it to the actors.
