Wheel cleaning and how to avoid tire blooming (browning)

- In this video i discuss the common issue of tire blooming. In simple terms some people call it tire browning. Many wheel cleaners leave the tires looking horrible with the brown appearance to them making it very undesirable to place any dressing until the issue is fixed. I show you in this video the best products to use to not only to address tire blooming but also to prevent it moving forward.

Have you used enviro clean for wheels and tires?

I use Enviro clean all the time for cleaning the wheel wells, some stubborn areas inside the vehicle and heavily soiled door jambs but I never use it on the tires and rims. Because the product is a heavy degreaser you may want to do a test spot first
So on both my cars i cleaned tires with pj or something like that white bottle of tire cleaner at autozone and all tires became crazy brown why did that happen? Too alkiline?

is the "Adam's wheel and tire cleaner" you used to clean wheels, safe to use on black glossy factory wheels?
Yes absolutely. It is safe for all wheel finishes including powder coated wheels as well. Also if you don't feel comfortable at first using it, you can always do a small test area but I have cleaned a lot of gloss black rims with this and it's a very reliable product.
