- None of the other videos on-line show the complete story of Sir Nicholas Winton''s appearance on the That's Life TV show. This video places all the various clips that are available in one place. It starts with an introduction featuring Sir Nicholas and Esther Ranzen the show's main presenter which was made some years later.
You will see that , contrary to the impression given by most other videos, there were actually TWO editions of the show featuring Sir Nicholas.
Oh my God, I cried my eyes out. What a wonderful man.
SL Lee me too!
Vividly remember watching when it aired in 1988. Vera greeting Sir Nicholas is still one of the most profoundly moving things I’ve ever witnessed. The overwhelming reaction to the first show, resulted in thousands of people getting in contact and making it much easier to track down the surviving children and their families.
incredible man never sought any credit for what he did
I think he was afraid for the children's sake, so he kept everything secret. Their safety was more important than credit.
What an extraordinary man.
Sir Nicholas Winton’s kindness and compassion was simply godlike. What a remarkable human. Xx
these claps are well deserved because he saved generations ahead
This is unbelieveable!! One Ultimate Hero!
A legend for all eternity. And my tears flow.
The honorific prefix used for the great man - sir, is so apt that you just wish you would bow down as mark of respect for such a great human being
What an amazing man. So humble and he seems so grateful for having th opportunity to have saved them.
God bless you, sir. May you rest in glory.
A wonderful man.
It made me in tears
He is such an incredible and inspiring man. ❤️
A truly astonishing man demonstrating the best of humanity.
My hero Nicholus winton.

What is called Human. This man has showed us.
G-D bless him and all the others that helped him and all the others:-those that made it to safety and those that didn'.t. I know so many of those have passed on but those of us that are still alive will never forget them.
A real life Superman!
A life well lived.
I cried a bucket
Esther is a fantastic broadcaster...pity she's not on TV more often!
That unlike button was pressed by one of the NAAZI.. 😂😂

He cries like a true brit, a single wipe.
SwordsmanMercenary funny but true! 🤣
Is that true
I was so waiting for him to show all his emotion
@@pilipalod Just saw your answer after 2 years and I don't even remember posting this ... Well, your french is great !!
