The part that gets me is he was going to let the story die with him. His wife found the paperwork and learned what he had done, and that’s why we know and can be inspired to also do great good in our own lives 🙏🏾

He brought them to the UK and spent much time getting them foster families as well. Sometimes, the draw to do loving things outweighs fear. Heroes are not always warriors or martyrs, sometimes they are strangers with kind hearts and a duty to do what is right. God bless Sir Winston, and every life touched by him. May all the children he rescued, and the children they raise, live long and prosperous lives.
The last scene with the children representing the immediate lives saved hit hard. There's also the fact that those kids grew up to be grandparents. Lireral generations wouldn't be here without him.

They pretty much refused to help these kids, Nicholas ended up forging the majority (kind of make me feel sick knowing our country wasnt willing to help)
