Great exercise. It seems to have unveiled an inner working of my mind and that awareness as you coined it. I noticed my mind continually attempting to work. The awareness and instinct seem to be coasting within the experience of what I am observing.

Please don't. It's what makes your channel unique and relaxing
Please don't! The absence of music makes your sessions special. I love music but don't find it helpful in meditation - in fact it's very distracting. If people want music they can open another application of You Tube and select it for themselves to play during the session.
