Now that's a cute house, it does have a lot of character for sure, I love that master bathroom, the sink is cool but not too sure it's a good idea being water gets everywhere but I like the concept of it, it just need to be a bit of a deeper sink to be as it is other than that I really like it, it cute and has a alot of storage.

I think it's still overpriced by about $100,000
At that price, I would expect a separate laundry room, and a pool covering. The fence is a mess and the shower floor is filthy.
Yea....most of Clearwater and Pinellas County is older and expensive. This one ended up selling for $617,000.
All those light fixtures gotta go. I didn’t even think you could put LVP as bath tub surround. Nice house overall.

Notice the windows are fully trimmed out? Makes such a difference!
Overall, it's a nice home however the reno isn't sympathetic to the 1920s period of the house. Too expensive for what it is.
