Is there a similar circuit for a 240v volt battery?

If you can get a 240V relay, then it may be possible. The relay switches because when the voltage is high enough, the relay switches and turns off the power. As long as the voltage doesn't suddenly drop, the charging will stop. The relay will oscillate (quickly switch on/off) with no battery.
Or use a voltage divider (2 resistors) and use a low voltage relay with a a NPN transistor (BC547 should work). If you add a potentiometer after the main divider, you can adjust the ending voltage. The lower voltage is provided with a resistor and Zener diode.

Correctly said. And to the worse we have no clue what is the reading shown in Multimeter? Is it on relay input or output...? only god knows..
