Bhai Saab your video is superb. You explained very well; but you did not show that you gave AC POWER. SUPPLY OR DC SUPPL for input.. When ever you make new video pls. Show in the video so that it will help your channel subscribers. I made this circuit, following your video. When I gave AC supply it got short. And it did not show any variable reading in the multi meter. PLEASE REPLY WITHOUT FAIL. (english or Hindi).

Sir 4 volt ki 1 to 4 amp. Ki emergency light ke liye chaging k dauran auto cut circuit bana dijeye aur components kis capacity k use honge yeh bhi bata dejeye.

This circuit is just operating by in put Dc supply ' you can't use As a battery charger auto cut off. Only you can Use As a our voltage protection for devices. It is working by the in put Dc supply.

Your vidio is incomplete bcz u did not show what volt u applied on input battery is always charged with a fixed dc volt by transformer bridge rectifier etc not by an adjustable power supply. Pls show it again
Power supply used here is constant current one.
So input voltage increase slowly as the battery charges and cut off at 13v.
You are right and circuit wont work if you use constant voltage to charge batteries.
