"Who is this guy?" George Martin. Probably one of the most brilliant producers ever. Someone who could legitimately be called The Fifth Beatle. I think one of the saddest thing about the Bee Gees story is that Barry, so much older than his brothers, had to see all his younger brothers die. It's very touching.

All present and accounted for. About 20 years after you're used to seeing them. Maurice was extremely gifted and is playing the keyboards (wearing a hat which became a trademark), Robin is in the middle (with short hair...he changed his look often) and Barry is playing rhythm guitar. Bee Gees are English, from Manchester. They grew up in Australia before returning to England. That was Maurice talking about writing Tragedy and Too Much Heaven in the same afternoon. Then the older man speaking is the great Sir George Martin who produced most of the Beatles music. Oh, and it's Sir Barry now as he was just knighted by Prince Charles.

Andy was the youngest brother of the BeeGees. Andy Gibb's success as a singer proved to be relatively brief due to struggles with drug addiction and depression.
By early February 1988, he had appeared to have beaten his drug addiction, and was ready to begin recording new material for a new album. However, he was still battling clinical depression.
According to Robin Gibb, his brother "just went downhill so fast ... he was in a terrible state of depression."
Soon after his 30th birthday, he entered John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford complaining of chest pains. On March 10 1988, Gibb's doctor told him that more tests were needed to find out the cause of his pains. Later that day, he died as a result of myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle caused by a recent viral infection.
Andy Gibb is buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles. The headstone reads 'Andy Gibb / March 5, 1958 - March 10, 1988 / An Everlasting Love'.
This was the real tragedy. He looked so much like Barry, was young, handsome and talented in his own right. 🥺

Robin has shorter hair and standing next to Barry, and Maurice is on the keys with the hat and all three are doing the vocals. This is a later video, so yes they are older; it happens to all of us, but their voices still just as good as always. George Martin seen with Maurice on that interview clip at the end was the Beatles and Bee Gees longtime producer.

At the end of the video is brother Maurice talking about writing "Tragedy" and "Too Much Heaven" on the same afternoon!!! Imagine!? The older gentleman is legendary record producer George Martin who produced most of the Beatles albums along with many America records. Actually, he is Sir George Martin...knighted by Queen Elizabeth.

The Brits made some fine singers with the Gibbs brothers! It’s truly sad that 3 of 4 brothers passed away at such young ages. First Andy, then Maurice & Robin.

They sang for like 40 years, so they changed. You should see them when the twins are like 6 years old and their mom sewed their vests. Wrote a lot of their songs back way back then too.

The twins _are_ there, they just changed a lot. Now, please please please check out their music video 'This Is Just Where I Came In'. Its from their final album, (2001) and aside from being a great song, the music video is also pretty funny. You also get to see how well they aged since the video was made more than 40 years after they started.

Maurice wearing the hat and on keyboard, Robin is in the middle. A little older here, about shorter hair and less hair, but still his brothers with their fabulous vocals

All three brothers are there. Maurice is on keyboard and Robin is in the middle, next to Barry. I think this was a performance that was later in their career, after Robin had cut his hair. The older gentleman at the end, talking about the song is the manager of the Beatles.

Bro just so you know, these lads were built here in Australia (though born on the Isle of Man, way away between Ireland and Britain), same area and time as my Mum's fam too. My uncle went fishing with them. Yeah they're maybe my favourite band too. You should visit down here sometime if you can. Do a travelling reaction!🧳🦘 In some of their songs i can feel the spirit in nature here. 🌬️ So yeah you gonna give em their own grouping or whatever? Check out 'Sashamani Land' by the band, 'African Headcharge'. 🌍 They got a few or two bangers! I know i'd enjoy your reaction to Sashamani Land man. It'd spin you out for sure! Take it easy.

They are right in front of your face my friend. Robin is in the middle and Maurice is on keyboard. Robin got a haircut and sunglasses and Maurice has a hat on playing the keyboard on the left side that's where those phenomenal harmonies come from.
