I think Moyes is limited in his knowledge base. He buys what he knows. It isn't his field of expertise. He definitely needs people around him with better knowledge of other leagues and the results are showing

Hopefully we get this signing over the line, he looks perfect for Moyesball and will bring that added excitement we need to continue watching this style of play.

Morning Stel, I appreciate you point about the players interchange. I would do it, you would. Moyes don't. He get his player in a position and rarely changes them. He only moved 41's position to keep him for another year or two, which consequently caused Soucek problems.
You have a good point there.. Moyes can be rigid in his formation but he has tried to move players around whilst maintaining that formation … not always very successfully… let’s see what he does with kudus

@WESTHAMVOICE it always baffled me why our wide players never switch, even for a few minutes. It may have happened on the odd occasion but I would have to be convinced it was not accidental.
