- In this video we're listening to more from Elbow. This band was sort of interesting to us in the last video, so it's time to dive back in. Let's see what they've got. Enjoy!

Elbow is one of the greatest pop-rock english group. All they do is gold for ears! Got all their albums.
"There's a hole in my neigborhood down which, of late, I cannot help but fall"... refers to a small bar on the street where Garvey used to live. It's called Temple of Convenience and is located in what used to be a public toilet. The entrance is a staircase down to a cellar. Garvey used to be a regular in the bar.
There's a nice small documentary short on this song, told by Garvey himself, in which they visit the bar: czcams.com/video/L2HtGYdihtk/video.html
Thanks both! I'm so glad you liked this. The only time I've seen Elbow live was when they supported U2 in Sheffield - the entire set was like a mirror of their CD, it was amazing!
I was there in the rain. It was at Jodrell Bank in Cheshire, in the U.K. fabulous night, and lots of fun getting the car out of the farmers field afterwards. There’s so much more of elbow to enjoy.
Love Elbow - Guy Garvey is a British national treasure. Been lucky enough to see them live a few times. Try ‘Great Expectations’ - beautiful song
Great to see you giving Elbow another go. A fantastic live performance from them is with the BBC Orchestra performing The Loneliness of a Crane Driver
Every time we use a video from BBC it gets blocked.
@@hanierfamily here's the audio only version of the abbey road session with the bbc orchestra, provided by Elbow.

I've seen them in Toronto three times now. Guy puts on a great show.
Elbow are well worth sticking with... Give 'Leaders of the Free World' a go, it has a similar feel to Grounds for Divorce.
Scattered Black and Whites is their best song.
Try The Birds, elbow.
Thanks! It’s so great, been to 2 concerts in Belgium 🤩✌️
From my town. Great Band!
Great song! 😎
LIVE @ The Royal Albert Hall with the BBC orchestra & choir is special 👍
We haven't had much luck with BBC productions. I guess they prefer if reactors not use them.
If you like elbow you would like Doves as well, they did a great tune called black and white town!
I’ll second that one. My favorite Doves song!
Its good but for me Cedar Room is their greatest song
I like these earlier suggestions, but for me it has to be There goes the fear....even has the extra drums out when they do it live.
Hi! Watch depeche mode "i feel you" from devotional tour) You`ll like it!
I think the hole down which he cannot help falling is a sleazy pub or club near where he lives & where all sorts of nefarious activities are going on - drug dealing, stolen goods, prostitution - albeit all small scale stuff. But he can't keep away & it's wrecking his life. Fabulous song.
So, you did one track by Elbow, a while ago, and never tried anything else until now? And you expect us to believe your opinion of this is somehow relevant, or interesting?
Did they even give an opinion??
