Mr. R.Srikandan Nair, who brought the cash- strapped Asianet TV Channel to
the forefront and a profit making establishment, by launching popular talk
shows like "Nammal Thammil" had to take an adieu from there due to some
unbecoming behaviour emerging out from one of the top official of the
channel , that has hurt him a lot , which led to his quitting the job. Nair's
relocation from Asianet to Mazhavil Manorama , as a consultant , saw him
producing "Indian Voice" a singing reality show which became very popular.
Mr.Nair brought here an incident in which he had to rope up Mr.Shankar-
Mahadevan , the famous singer from Bollywood, for the show as a judge ,
as he succeeded well to conquer his heart. His personal relationship with
Shankar Mahadevan became strong with the passage of time , as Nair

entertainment channel Flowers , followed by 24 news channel ,
both becoming favorite channels of the masses and Nair getting
