Insomnia is one thing, but not too long ago some excessive overtime gave me sleep problems. I'm sure there are better ways to get rid of hiccups what I do is just drink water and try to force myself to cough and I feel a lot better if that doesn't help try holding your breath for 15 seconds and then let it out slow.
