SFU air filter workshops protect people from dangers of wildfire smoke

The workshops, led by Professor Anne-Marie Nicol through the SFU-led Pacific Institute on Pathogen, Pandemics and Society has helped seniors, and people at-risk of lung disease, create more than 500 DIY-air filters to reduce exposure to dangerous wildfire smoke.
