Samsung has 12GB of ram because it runs a processor from Qualcomm, Runs a software made by google with a OneUI samsung skin on top of it( so it needs more ram to be stable and lag free) 3. iPhones only slow down when the battery degradation is below 80%, and even if it slows down it can be turned on with just a button So yeah
