I'm part of that 1% who owns a Lumia 950XL, and an LG V20. My Lumia is pretty awesome, but so is my LG V20. So I carry them both with me. I use the Windows ecosystem at home, which continues to get better every week.

Apple's OS is simple. waaay tooo simple. so simple you can't do anything and it's not compatible with anything. App store's got nothing, barely any steam games and barely any ports.
Steam can never compare with the mac store. FYI Steam is available on Macs. and don't forget bootcamp if you are really that desperate for steam. iStore is the largest and best store. 3.5times more apps than android, and zillions of more apps then the windows store.
But when comparing both devices at 350 dollar budget it is interesting to see all the lags in OneNote on the surface go 2 whereas my ipad (7th gen) from 2019 doesnt have any problems at all. As they are about the same price and both mobile devices it just fair to compare the batteries aswell: my (almost 2 year old) ipad lasts about twice as long as my (new) surface go 2 while surfing the internet, taking notes and watching videos. The first part of the comparision is about how the devices perform at microsoft applications, now lets try and see how some creative (music-producing) apps run on both devices. Oh wait…. Most of them only run on apple💀

I'm not hating on Windows there very good but my family uses macs so the only time I use Windows when I'm at home. I do get issues with emailing on Windows but that's because I'm use a different software. When I got Xbox for Christmas in 2015 I had issues with but I switched from play station to Xbox it's gonna be different

There are ups and down to either platform. Both have great unique functionalities. I worked for IT support and we serviced both in middle sized network environments. Overall Mac offices sent 10 times less support inquiries compared to Windows. Some office's requirements aren't doable on Mac, thats still true. However, I personally like Macs more for their stability, longer lifetime and ease of use. Windows' cool though, too and way more customisable if needed.

Funny, all the music and art creators I know use PC. Most of them started on Mac, then had to 'settle' for PC when they moved out of their parents. Once they discovered how much more powerful PC is, they never looked back. I use a Mac at work for numerical analysis. it cost 2x the price to the rig I am on now, it runs at just over half the speed and crashes constantly.

There are ups and down to either platform. Both have great unique functionalities. I worked for IT support and we serviced both in middle sized network environments. Overall Mac offices sent 10 times less support inquiries compared to Windows. Some office's requirements aren't doable on Mac, thats still true. However, I personally like Macs more for their stability, longer lifetime and ease of use. Windows' cool though, too and way more customisable if needed.

Mac has limited specs, and for the price, i felll that the harware is underdone. You've probably heard this a lot, but for the price of a macbook air, i could build a pc that would outpreform it by a mile and a half.

Funny, all the music and art creators I know use PC. Most of them started on Mac, then had to 'settle' for PC when they moved out of their parents. Once they discovered how much more powerful PC is, they never looked back.
I use a Mac at work for numerical analysis. it cost 2x the price to the rig I am on now, it runs at just over half the speed and crashes constantly.
