I have felt all of this, the feelings of isolation, the loneliness, the temptation to become attached, just to resolve the empty feelings. However, I understand to become attached just to end these feelings would not resolve anything in the long run and perhaps make the situation worse, for both myself and another if I were to do so. So I remain with it. Many thanks for sharing 🙏🙏
This is the way. Amen.
But, Mugai.... what was the lonelinesss coming from in the end?
Mohamed: disrespecting yourself, right?
Good
@@MrTiti the illusion of separation that began when you were born in this form - the illusion of separation from “all”
Wow, for myself and another. Very true.
"I dont ask loneliness for an anwer, I watch it, to tell me..." what a amizing learnfull sentence. 🙏 we should do that with everything...
I'm so thankful to Krishnamurti and also your channel for sharing all these amazing videos. You don't know how much they mean to me.
Watch loneliness and be so alert that no thought interferes. Remain with it and it shall reveal what it is.
Just a creation of mind right? Imagination of being separate from universe
Just observe your thoughts 💭 like watching a passing cloud don't judge your thoughts, watch "it without any motive" this is also a thought. U shouldn't have any motive
See the loneliness as your true self pure present moment
I am afraid it will be scary like a flashback tomorrow something bad, what is an example of what loneliness might reveal to you?

After reading this, I have no quest for the remaining part of his lecture.
His clearest message.
This stays with me
The greatest blessing for modern humanity is JK ❤ 💯
I love him so much. He is saying face the loneliness. It only brings fulfillment in the Self! No more attachment praise God!
What a beautiful answer staying with loneliness without the interference of thought “running away from it”❤️
Movement between attachment to loneliness and vice versa, observing and being free from both, is the answer to it!
I am sincerely thankful to yt we have such wonderful content available to us right at home, the past which already happened somewhere, the idea of future and the present happenings somewhere.. which wasn't possible with such ease
Like he said, for him it is as clear as seeing a map of roads. He’s seeing it for himself, seeing what it means to be free of the prison that our minds have created. The various traps which the mind stumbles upon and veers off in the wrong direction because it doesn’t actually understand. But to have an insight is to understand, therefore the seeing and the dissipation of the issue is one in the same
I read him during younger days, somehow could not follow him much...but now am rediscovering his intense inquiry process via these clips!!
This video is in my top 3 favorites of K’s. There is a lot in this 10 minutes or so.
What are your other 2 favourite videos apart from this
Agreed...one of top lecture of all his...
Yes ❤..
Oh lord, i felt so good after listen to him ❤🙏😇
U r getting attached to this video !!
Krishna Murthy:“I wonder if you understand”
Me: ohh god did he also knew how to read mind cause it’s my 3rd time watching this and I can’t still understand him nice..
Just keep watching and keep on working on your mind... you will get it...
Dude
Thank you, for these precious uploads.
Beautiful video 🤩
ONE OF THE FAVOURITE K VIDEOS!
Freedom is also one of the attachments, isn't it?
We start treating freedom as a reward and follow what it requires and get into a new trap. Because no one knows how freedom feels.
1st u take this idea to be free and do things to do that. Then after acheiving it, you have to 'get away from this idea' too. So you became free, you start feeling it, now its time to leave it too.
Of course . Tht is why he wants freedom to be . without we seeking it
Freedom is fundimental feature of all beings on this planet. We try to "achive" it in modern times because we lost it through civilization.
Freedom is attachment when you seek it from outside... freedom will unfold automatically inside you when you understand your conditioning, when you understand yourself.
Great video! thank you so much❤
That bloke was simply brilliant
Because if I free myself of the loneliness I would be suffice and I wouldn't have to cling onto something to explain my disorders of life. What I am incomplete of? What makes me unhappy? I allow them to, and that's why I get lonely and have to depend on materialism or an idea or a woman. Only if I don't lose to loneliness, I would find myself sufficient and I would not be lonely anymore.
His videos make loneliness amazing
Lonliness is resolved when you realize the one love of the cosmos
I totally resonate with this... I feel incomplete, hopeless, loneliness. Seeing couples together kills me inside.. makes me jealous to the core..... This video will help me. Thank you Jiddu Krishnamurthy 🥺
Best of luck 🤞
Couples may be jealous of you because you are single. There is great freedom to be single. Enjoy it.
People in a relationship only feel the call of nature and that is multiplying that doesn't mean they are happy. You have to sacrifice everything for the family, you have a certain community, but the children grow up and leave the house and you stay together with your wife , a thing that you don't want to anymore .
Great wisdom.... by watching ourselves... it reveals what we are... by our actions...🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thank you🤗❤
Genius observation ..!!
most beautiful explanation of loneliness resulting in attachment
Please keep sharing 🙏🏼
I so much understand when your asking yourself if we are getting this
Yes I sure am and I thank you because I'm asking my brain my thoughts why am I so lonely?
I not letting it go! What is it it keeps coming back! And as you were talking stop let my brain bring it out and it goes way back as a baby, my parents were bad and I hide away alot or stayed out by myself
And as I got older and had my two children it was fear of losing them because I'm a single mom I had to do things myself
So i let that go now and let my thoughts do the talking to me and i listened to it
What a true freedom! Thank you so much! 🙏🤗😘💘💞
To observe this there shall be no fear, and fear can be put down only when you understand what fear has done to you, how miserable we become when afraid; fear goes away when you dont care anymore about what happens
Страх уходит когда не имеешь вовлечение в происходящее
❤❤deep and insightful
Yes we should become conscious observer of our thoughts without judging them and let the thoughts come and pass like clouds pass through sky ..while being in present moment..🙏🏼
So much knowledge 🤣
Awesome
Listening to this guy gave +2 IQ points. Im finally at 100.

It's better to wait for it than put pressure on the answer
I failed all the time with waiting for the answer
It's more better for the answer to come to surfaces and your not putting any energy to it
When it comes out I face it to get rid of it and thoughts too
I keep my peace from all answers and see it for what it is
Thank you so much! I love your teaching
😌😌😌shock reveals everything and the energy is unbearable a kind of madness but it’s a blessing real blessings 🙌🙌🙌
There’s nothing left to say from this video from an adult because when a kid or young child, instantly changes things up and wants to play something else with ‘fresh energy’ in a park or playground or wherever, it feels like receiving an unexpected bonus paycheck
He's literally describing how to sit with the feeling, to embrace it, to cradle the pain. Without thinking or getting into inner hollywood mental chess drama. And that the answer naturally appears after awhile :)

Different names for desires - attachment, motive, hope, movement, and so on..The basic job of mind is to desire which expresses in the form of thought which manifests in the form of action and so on... You cannot have a mind and at the same time be free from desires..
This is it!
It is inherited...it is a poisonous thing....watch it....don't move away with words...oneself, onelove ,one life..💚
Video of speaker finishes while he conitnues to explain the subject & is on climax, need a fuller version of K for which he is so willing to reveal
Thanks!
Thank you for your support
You have to understand the problem as an observer from outside so what is the problem there? " I am lonely " why am I lonely because I don't have an attachment therefore I'm lonely but if I know that I am a part of the whole universe I'm not lonely anymore because I am the universe and the universe is me
To get out of loneliness or nothingness there's attachment to this and that and then it seems like I want to return to that nothingness again where there's no attachment. This is hilarious
I watched the video at 1.5x speed, and somehow, I understood it better. 🤔
Thanks

100% yes in theory.... minding and making conscious is essential. but how is to act, if there is a solution in life and with others necessary? if there are personal parts got stuck in development, eg. because of death of parents, war or other traumas and one got unable to get back in touch with environment? for my experience that deep injuries can't be solved just by working them out in the own mind
Self growth is also a kind of attachmant and illusion

We come in alone, & go out alone. That is the truth. Why find sorrow in it?

K's answers to most of the questions were 'how important the question is' and to be with it. He dared not to answer most of them.

Ogway in real life❤️
I want to be love. I want to be free. I don't want to waste my life in fear. This was my motive. It was already a fear. Fear of not living my life in present. Fear of not being enough forever.
I wanted him so bad. I wanted togetherness so much because i was suffering in lonliness for lot of my life and my inner motive was to be free from lonliness, give love and beloved. If i am enough, if i am lovable, i should be acheive being together. Why not ? Why can't i have it? I must have.

We arrive at attachment being an escape from loneliness. He says to watch loneliness without the interference of thought. Now in pratyahara for example, you disengage from your senses and your mind's movement also gets attenuated. Now in that state everything is good but don't the troubles actually start when your mind, body and emotion start moving in recurrent patterns from the past when you're in activity? If thought stops, where is the existence of loneliness? And what is the instrument of awareness? Is this the ending of loneliness? And can this ending be for good?
Bellisimo. If K were only always this clear. LOL
so whats after finding the "why" behind loneliness? what should i do? should i give the mind what it feels lonely for? for . e.g., more friends like that...
🙏☀
I am afraid it will be scary like a flashback of something bad, what is an example of what loneliness might reveal to you? I can feel it but I’m scared to stay with it too long
🌼
I saw Krishnamurti in 1969 and again in 1970 and it changed my life since then but I was wondering why this channel breaks up what he is saying into small segments
We make available all the full-length recordings as well - these clips serve a demographic that may not be (yet) interested in watching an hour-long video.
These short clips are superb
Thanks for doing this
i was so curious to find this video and watched a couple of times. i havents understood the point after the point where we are observing the loneliness to reveal its reason. im sorry not trying to spead negativity but i havent understood the last point.
Because its something you experience brother. Nobody can tell you how air feels when you ride a bike at 70kmph.
You see what happens is that people don't face their fears, we don't face the real imp questions about life, do we?
Let's say you were in a toxic relationship for 6months, now its 2years and you are stilll depressed about it, you are still carrying that negativity which is making you lonely, unable to trust and feeling vulnerable.
Now you can end this suffering you are in if you just sit and ask yourself "what went wrong? Why am I so upset? Was my breakup good or bad?"
Now if you have seen someone like this, you know they generally avoid these questions. Because they fear to go down that memory lane again. Which actually makes them more miserable.
You get a thorn in your leg, you are unable to walk but you are ready to hobble whole life but won't take the thorn out because it pains when you touch it.
So what JK says here is that you should just sit quietly, alone, no sound, no human and just stay like that. Slowly your mind will start chattering, it will start talking about that problem, that attachment, past suffering, whatever, and just chat with that.
When yo will do that, in the conversations, there comes a few thoughts that scares you, bcoz they are associated with trauma or some thought that you are attached with, and you will find yourself brushing it aside and focusing on some other thought.
Dont do that. Welcome it and solve it right there. As you talk n talk you will find it is peeling itself like onion and at the end, you will have that solution, and you are no longer depressed/attached.
To " watch loneliness", mind, the "watcher", has to realise that loneliness is the result of some time- bound action performed by it,out of ignorance.A faculty which is completeness, has, out of ignorance, sought completeness, through the creation of illusory duality of observer and observed. This action, being time- bound, brought sorrow and loneliness once it was completed and a temporary result achieved.Mind was happy withh these sporadic instances of pleasure and absence of loneliness, and concluded that being in a state of constant action is the only way to be "eternally happy",so to say.Mind will be in a position to " watch loneliness", only and only if it knows that loneliness is acquired, aloneness is its state. To be complete and alone, mind has to be in " non- action" mode of functionality.Such an evolved mind can " watch loneliness ",as it is completely out of that time zone which brings in division, duality and loneliness.
That is eye-opening indeed.
Embrace the void

Ok i wanted to tell something..... If you try to face lonliness you will fear bcoz.... If no thought runs inside the head then 99% brain feel that there is no existence to it..... Bcoz it is there only when it is attached with worldy things..... If no attachment then no thought and fear begins.....
If fear can be handled then it will reveal itself..... That's the end
we all are in fear
Bcoz if there is no thought....no you, no me
Sorry if anyone got hurt.... Even your God will disappear bcoz he is also a thought
Only truths exists....

How motive is attachment ? 😅
ATTACCHMENT ENDLESS DO FOR ME M OTHER
When 'i' watches loneliness deliberately, isn't it a active awareness? And it will have motive inherently otherwise why are you watching? It will be more like concentration than attention. It won't be passive choiceless awareness.
Is that 'i' different from the loneliness at all? I mean, is the 'i', which is observing, different from that which is observed?
Watching without motive was what he was talking about. He had said that if there is a motive then it will have direction, so there is no concentration implied here. His whole teaching is about passive, choiceless awareness which arises without effort or choice in the investigation. We investigate because there is a problem that needs solving but then we see that how we approach the problem is critical and if there is a motive, then that is problematic and in seeing that then the motive to end the problem ends by itself.
@@sanekabc the motive to end the problem may end but does the problem ever end lol
