Ego is an illusion moving from past to future. I CAN NOT STRUGLE WITH IT. The only thing I can do is living at present, totaly aware of what is happpening arou d me. So it is possibly to find out I am connected with all living being around me. And with every thing on Earth that has alowed life. And the felling of loneliness desapeared. Sorry for my bad english.

I understand. I think I know what you mean, sir.
A person is in that state, aware, awake, and nothing makes him feel lonely, Okay.
Now look at my thought please.
What if he had lost the people he loved and can't get over it?
He can't connect to them, same way he connects with all the living things, because he misses what is long gone, dead.
He can feel good and not alone but every time he remembers them, the feeling of loneliness returns. 🤷

To me, there’s a difference between loneliness and aloneness, aloneness is a fact of life, we are born alone and die alone, and we are alone in between, we just pretend that we are not

Born alone? Tell that to the twins. 🤷
I'm thinking about these subjects lately but I'm meeting people that never feel alone or lonely. They are focused on some other things and keep circling about it in a way, it appears they don't have time for their own dark corners of the soul.
There are people in this world, whose biggest bad experience is that they missed a bus or got bitten by a mosquito once.

There is a limitation on one side vs the other side in the back and forth of our life. The pulling of reality into one’s self, fantasy, without other people. A lack of shared fantasy. Means too much “I”. Not enough “We”.

"In consequence of those accursed laws of consciousness, anger is subject to chemical disintegration. You look into it, the object flies off into air, your reasons evaporate, the criminal is not to be found, the wrong becomes not a wrong but a phantom, something like the toothache, for which no one is to blame, and consequently there is only the same outlet left again-that is, to beat the wall as hard as you can." ~Fyodor Dostoevsky~
The same can be said of loneliness. When one looks inside himself in order to find its cause to understand it, it evaporates - and it is as if it was never been there in the first place.

Humans affectively like shared fantasy vs individual fantasy. The gap in affect between the two is loneliness.
