Most dremel 200 models have problem with very low “low” speed setting. Easy fix is to buy a dremel 3000 switch, just move the blue knob to the new switch and tadaaaa ;)

Yes, without adjustment high speed is too fast for most bits/accesories. Highly recommended. Mine still works perfect.
