It's been a while since a youtuber got a genuine, solid, laugh out of me. The credits roll after the punchline of the joke was perfect.

I was impressed by the natural-ness of the Japanese, but also confused by the fact that the voice actor said "I feel like starting work," which isn't an unnatural thing to say after that first sip in the morning, but the subtitles say "I feel like it's starting to work." How did that happen?

@@cunningfox831 That's only half the story. You need to be able to translate it too. And everyone know how shitty translation technology is. Not to mention you need to listen to the words being said in order to translate.

It can work so well that you can get tripped out by the lack of continuity between how their mouth is moving and the words they are saying. I’m not talking about just another silly, ineffective google translate speech-to-text thing.

I have watched this 3-4 times and I just noticed, at 0:55 Daniel says "am I having a stroke?" then smiles. I just realized he smiled, and I know what that means. If I'm correct, he was checking to see if Part of his smile is drooping, and droopy smiles is a sign of a stroke. I feel so proud of myself 🙏
