Today I ran the Boston Marathon 2023 thanks to Adidas and Prodirect: Running. Unreal weekend and one I certainly won't forget in a long time. Fist pumping Kipchoge has to be a highlight!

in my opinion, your channel has become one of the most versatile and entertaining youtube channels for the running community in the last year. in the end, it's the content and events that we runners want to be a part of, even from afar. like your kenya trip. huge compliments to you ben! also makes one rethink the reservations many have about sponsorship - it allows the viewer to experience things alongside you that we might not otherwise be able to see! thank you!

Congrats!! At the end, you said “cleaning up your diet has helped”. Could you make a video about that? What you changed, what your diet looks like right now and how that’s helped your running. Would love to see that!! Good luck for the future!

LMAO.. use your common sense. Don't eat fast foods. Start there. SMH.
Funning thing about people wanting to Start Eating clean is.. You can't do that over night. You build up to it gradually. That's why alot of people fail when they something and they're like "ooooh... I wanna Do That!" Eating clean and Losing Weight is a dicipline NOT some quick fix that everyone is 'entilted' to.

I watched it all and caught that you are wearing a Kenyan arm band... So cute, so Kenyan.

I attended university near Kapsabet where he trains.

What I love is how relaxed you are (or come across as anyway) before the race! You eat a variety of foods and aren’t so ridiculously specific about eating specific things - just making sure it’s enough to fuel you! You are honestly such an inspiration and keep doing what you are doing!😊

Honestly I was having such a bad day with being super tired after a hard track workout yesterday, but seeing your genuine smile as you can across the line made me realise all the hard work is worth it for those special moments!

I moved my PB on from 3:07 Vienna to 2:54 in Brighton the other day, definitely assisted by some of your tips. With that time you would have won Brighton this year (but it is hilly).

Well done Ben. I was there as well and the race surpassed my expectations. What a phenomenal race, the organisation, the historic course the scream tunnel, Newton Hills and the iconic “right on Hereford, left on Boylston”, and then going past the bombing memorial metres from the finish line. I was actually quite emotional when I finished it. A fantastic race, and congrats on your huge PB. And also congrats on building a great CZcams channel here. Good luck.
