I guess, if something like a round chip with a 'Draw' title on it would be introduced into the game, that would be placed in a special recess in the centre on the side of the board, and when one of the players offer draw - he takes it & places it on the opponent's part of the board. If the ooponent accepts the offer - he just takes it & puts it at himself, then handshake etc. If the opponent refuce it - he puts the chip back into its place (the recess). This way all the viewers would see that the draw offer was suggested & accepted/refuced, without trying to understand it looking at players lips...
