The fact that she does this much damage despite not getting high af ceilings like newer dps characters is astonishing

Her damage consistency is astonishing. Keqing is not a character with high burst potential, she is a character with high sustain potential. In that she is greatly above average, and no Ganyu is NOT a sustain character.
Realistically speaking only 2 or 3 of her charged attacks deliver maximum damage, her sustained damage potential is cucked by gameplay restrictions, such as lack of a good and consistent ranged Pyro application character, or needing her c6 to not take forever to deliver her shots, and even then only have 2 of her 3 shots being delivered instantly.

Whether she’s consistent or not doesn’t matter; we’re talking about Keqing first and foremost, and you still have a dozen other characters to compare her with.

Glad you tried her with Kokomi, soon as you picked Jean I was thinking Thrilling Tales Kokomi. It's just a shame Sara feels a bit too clunky to play, I have her at C6 too but don't run her as I don't find her as fun to run as other electro users, I'm running Keqing, Miko, Kaz and Kokomi and feels great and viable since I got Mistsplitter.
i would really love c6 sara, but i agree. shes kinda clunky and is supposed to be an alternative to bennett and yet gives less atk bonus at the same talent level.

Build:
-Keqing with skin (sacrificed my f2p status for her skin by buying weekly)
-Mistsplitter r1
-3x Crones
-2450 Atk (with 2x Pyro 2700)
-65/245 Crit value
-111% ER
-Electro Goblet
-2x Shime/ 2x Gladi
Bonus:
-R5 Hakushin Ring for my Electro Support Succrose
Did a one pull on the standard banner and got her, I leveled her up and grinded artifacts. I’m now a Keqing main and I approve of this.

Im maining keqing since the first xiao banner, I wanted her since her release but I didnt think I would like her character in story and playstyle in game as much as I do , I personally think she has one of the funnest playstyles out there , and her design and personality only makes me more attached to her
I got her out of pure luck at 9 pulls on a banner when I first started playing and I have had her on my team ever since :')

I’m so glad I referred to this before when I was building my keqing. I was so adamant on building her and now I have her where I want it to be 😊
You should also try Raiqing team comp(Raiden,Keqing,Kazuha&Bennett) it is my favourite quick swap team comp for Keqing
i actually love the building part and didn't find it boring!
So I got her and I took her out to play and the way she lit up her sword and attacks fast I fell In love

nice I main keqing and she's currently at crit ratio of 71.5/244.4 using mistsplitter; she dishes out some good numbers.
I like the build process sections, so I think they should stay in!
Keqing really likes me for some reason. She was my very first pitybreaker from my first go at Zhongli's banner. Then I got her at 77 and 14 pity on the standard banner back to back, it was insane. O_O So I have her at C2 and... collecting dust. Which is a shame, bc I do like her playstyle (I actually like using characters' normal attacks, and her electro infusion is a big plus for me.) I'm just too busy using and building other characters, and Kuki Shinobu is right around the corner too... T_T
Already subbed! I don't have Keqing, sadly. But I just hope I get her! I'm saving for Nilou, but this is really encouraging me to pull for her... Hopefully, this time, I can get her in the first ten pulls. Also, this is really, really helpful! Tysm.
Love her so much!!! Was never able to get her in my first account but recently started a new farmed account with her. It’s so enjoyable to play her and aggravate Keqing simply slays!!!!!!!
I do regret C6 my bennet cause I’m a keqing main. I got my first keqing on ayaka’s first banner. that time I already C6 bennet. with the help from kazuha, bennet & kujou sara, my C3 keqing with MS R1 can hits 13k/slash and 99k last slash without any food buff.
Don't regret it, if you have Sara, moreover, c6 Sara then Bennett is irrelevant

I'm sure you won't care or won't see this, but in the final showcase Kazuha didn't swirl electro for the damage bonus and shred. Your Keqing's output prob would've been roughly 1.5x higher if you fit that in your rotation somehow.

My keqing does around 20k with her E and most of the time I use her burst with grouped and does around 164k ( I’m hoping to get midspliter soon because rn I’m running with a 80/90 R1 lions roar and my keqing is c1)

Mine is 90% crit dmg and 230% crit rate with jade cutter and besides her stamina issues she does pretty good but I'm proud of her, btw keep up the good work⚡

From what I heard and as a Keqing main, I was told to add Fischl as her battery.
The thing is, it doesn't matter who's "weak" or strong. The game is so unbelievably easy you can literally clear every single content in the game with just 4 stars.
The only thing that's remotely a bit difficult is spiral abyss floor 12. That's it. None of the overworld bosses or anything else for that matter requires hutao's 2 million damage setup. Nothing. People need to stop obsessing over meta

Spend an entire year building my keqing, her old crit ration was 82 to 230 and removed it for its set, now its 72 too 201 with her actual set

how to get a good keqing:
1: try to get mistsplitter
2: try to be good at getting artifacts
3: use venti and build him the best i can bc i can never get kazuha
4: get dendro in there
5: go ham with an electro battery (probably yae if i can get her in same patch as kusanali)

Keqing is my first love main dps way back I started the game. But she is on bench since i have better electro Queens Raiden and Yae. But i do play her sometimes if I missed her specially i have misplitter borrowed from my ayaka to used on her. She is better than before but sadly her dmg cant out dps the 2 electro Queens but never gonna lie she is still fun to play, and because of her i start using money on this game to get her a weapon because I thought before bp weapon was good for her but she carries me well while i was starting the game specially teleportation on exploration never regrets she was my first Main dps.

Finally finished building my electro keqing today after 4months of farming I want to pull kazuha for her but I can predict my primos are not enough to pull kazuha because I stopped being a dolphin but that doesnt stop me to use my keqing ill just improve her team with my xq beidou jean rise up keqing mains!

Just a bonus here. With Yelan added, her best build will probably shift to EC build instead of pure damage, since yelan is Xingqiu 2.0 with extra buffing capabiltities.
So It'll be, Keqing, Yelan, Sara, and Kazuha or Beidou, or even ditch Kazuha and Beidou in favor of a healer like Kokomi, for extra EC.
The thing is i really want yelan but right now im guaranteed in the next 10 pulls and I have already prepared everything for triple crown Kazuha and cant risk to fall into the 50/50 tbh i dont know what to do. pls help-
@@memesnstuff9995 Go with Kazuha then. Me? I've a C6 Sucrose and an r5 Hakushin Ring, I can wait for another Kazuha re-run since my Sucrose is pretty much better than him right now, but if you cannot replicate that, Kazuha will certainly offer you higher damage buffs

The only problems older dps characters have is that they push away the enemies… diluc keqing ..
That's also a problem with Xiao.
Small trash mob died right away doesn't count but some bigger mob when get hit a few time by Xiao they get push away which eventually making him waste time re positioning to continue dealing dmg.
A simple fix for all 3 of them is to make their atk still stagger enemies but doesn't push them away, or just a small push back.
idk why so hard for hoyoverse to implement simple fix for quality of life certain character like reduce stamina cost on keqing or klee. did our voice not reaching them? or they are blind?
Hi there Kequing main here if anyone is interested in a good team comp I would recommend Kequing, Fischl, Dendro traveller and Kazuha. This is very fun to play and I hope somebody out there enjoys playing her.

I wouldn’t artifact farm until AR 45 if I were you. 2 piece Gladiator and 2 piece berserker is fine until then that way you can use your resins more efficiently on other stuff like talents and building other characters

it honestly makes me laugh reading the comment sections, Like with the introduce of Dendro, Keqing CA isnt that much relevant now when you can pretty much just spam Ult, this is coming from a Keqing player since day 1, ive optimized my keqing to the point my keqing can do 400k ult total damage without a nahida and kazuha since ive never pulled them since i think theyre overrated but if i did have them i pretty much would have like almost 600k per ult total damage, Keqings CA is indeed strong and has a recoil but if your keqings CA doesnt kill in one hit i dont think thats keqings fault, thats on the players side for not giving a good build, but since 3.0 ive never used my keqing CA even if it does like 100k per CA since i like using burst more
