I can't believe I haven't been surprised with a Keqing after playing since the very begining of the game. I had to pull on her banner last year to get her. I wasn't even at risk of 50/50. I have simped for her hard, got her mistsplitter, her new skin, give her my crowns, my resin, my soul, and I still have her at C0. On the other hand, I hate fucking Diluc for how slow his normal attacks are and yet I have him at C2 already. Take the hint man, if you are friendship level 2 after all this time it means we aren't meant to be.
I'm also scared that I'll get a C1 diluc. Like anyone but him. His attacks are so slow 😭 I wished they changed his attack 😪

@mushiroom ye but compared to other claymore characters, I feel he's one of the slowest😭 don't get me wrong I really like diluc but using him feels like a living hell 😔 Respect for diluc mains

@@Duhgel It's best to only CA spam againnst bosses, her normals are technically weaker but they're enough for smaller enemies
You could do a full normal string, end in a CA, and then use E to gap close again though

Keqing's "cat ears" are actually cone-shaped, giving it the appearance of thunderbolts. Those are little petrified squid fossils. I collected quite a lot of them on a trip at Jasmund peninsula on Rügen, Germany.
Note for anyone watching this video after 2.7: Kuki Shinobu is an electro healer, and a pretty good one at that, so if you want to run mono electro, you can definitely pull for her!
This should be pinned tbh. I'm getting back into genshin and always loved Keqing so I'm doing my research.
A few things:
-Like all characters, Keqing precedes her charged attack with a normal. As such, you can procc Xingqiu's rain swords consistently, even if you're spamming charged attacks.
-Keqing's elemental skill can procc both charges of the pale flame 4-piece bonus, even if you donate the dart with a charged attack. This make pale flame very consistent and good with this character.
-thundering fury 4-piece doesn't do as much damage as 2-piece glad/tf (at least, for the first 5 seconds of combat), but it can easily allow you to maintain the electro infusion 100% of the time, leading to much more consistent (and possibly higher) damage over time. It also turns your Keqing into a very good battery for your team, allowing you to run expensive off-field characters (Xiangling, Yae Miko) with more offensive artifact stats.
Yae and keqing gud synergy?
@@Zero-dg6gn no idea. Don't have Yae, but on paper, it kinda works. Yae does need a fairly long setup time for her pillars, which works against her.
@@Zero-dg6gn the synergy is ok I guess... I have zero ER on keying and about 20% ER on yae with 4pc thundering fury... keqing does provide a lot of battery for Yae, but not to the extent of Raiden (from what I saw with others, I don't have raiden)... to overcome that, electro charged comp is really good.. I tried with Barbara and also with xingqiu as he hydro appliers and i can cycle through Yae's ult off cool-down (as long as the enemy is alive to give particles)... personally Barbara works better for me coz my xingqiu has terrible ER and it's difficult to one cycle recharge his ult in my case...
@@aviewerofui have everlasting moonglow but i dont have both raiden and kokomi, and i have guaranteed and cant decide which one should i go for
@@Zero-dg6gn Raiden will always be a good unit to go for coz she can be a battery anytime and work in any team… Kokomi is good if u don’t have good healer built up or like her kit and like electro-charged or freeze comps… I would say Raiden > Kokomi > Yae…

the reason to use her elemental skill once with charge attack instead of teleport and infusion is because if you want to build her as physical dps, you only need that one time electro damage to proc superconduct
As someone who’s been a Keqing Main since I got her
Use her E skill then Q then while the slashes are still going you can already move again so click the E again and charged attack then recast the E and if then just E again and then your burst is most likely back
Repeat kinda
And lose the damage from your E kinda
Cause the last slash off Q knocks enemies away kinda

Ever since I've lost 50/50 to Keqing in the Ganyu's banner, I'm been waiting for this Keqing version. I didn't regret that I got a Keqing cuz she's so fun and made the game easier, especially with her teleport elemental skill

for mono Electro Keqing you could use Jean or Sayu for Healing and electro shred, Kujou Sara for buff, Fischl or Yae for off-field damage, and Keqing as dps. The rotation is easy, Fischl/Yae use Skill, Jean/Sayu Swirl with VV, Kujou Sara skill, Keqing dps-ing, you can use your burst anytime when available

I’d just like to add that 4 piece thundering fury is severely underated for the ability to allow keqing to spam her burst and skills (which are already very spamable) even more which helps keep her buffs live at c6 it’s honestly not that much damage loss compared to half glad
Wait but if i rememr correctly thundering fury just buffs electro reactions, what does it have to do with burst abd skill??
it also reduces your cooldowns by one second when you an electro reaction happens

other thing, if you cast her skill with hold instead of press, reactivating it will make a little float animation before you can do anything (if aimed at the ground), but if you aim it high enough to do a plunge attack, she'll respond fast
so I recommend people to press instead hold if you want to teleport but not going to do a plunge attack

I just built her after she sat on the bench on my account for over a year and I regret pretty much nothing. Getting this video so soon after I completed the build (lackluster as it may be) was a treat.

Shimenawa doesn’t hurt Keqings burst, she replenishing too fast tht her burst is up before her timer cooldown is even up, shimenawas energy reduction doesn’t really affect her
I got keqing from a single wish on standard banner and I’ve loved her ever since
Summit shaper is actually still decent and was her best weapon before Jade cutter and Mistsplitter. Aquila is still ok at Electro build as it has Atk at its passive and has a very high base atk, better use it instead of the 4 stars unless maybe if have Black sword at higher refinements.
For her having her burst cost at 40

Has fast pace attack
Keqing is built on flashy type
Keqing is built on speed

Well actually keking rotations much more complicated, but they are extremely flexible, cuz she have rotations from 2 to about 12 sec, and u can choose whatever u need at any moment, depending on other characters cd or situation on battlefield, to maximize teams overall dmg and optimize energy consumption
Electro Keqing since you can abuse her skill that takes a level up at C1. C1 is easy since well we all know why.
Also Keqing is good at mob clearing, also her JCE burst have lower energy cost so you can abuse it often.
I use Vergil team comp with Ayaka and Xingqui. the 4th slot is optional for elemental Resonance.
As a Keqing main since 1.0, prioritize getting Kazuha if you don't already have him. He's the best buffer for her, providing near-bennett level buff with his swirl just from E, no bursting required, especially if you stack EM on him with 4x vv, combining the EM-scaled elemental dmg buff and vv shred, Keqing's electro dmg just shoots up the roof and even better, it has near 100% uptime due to the short cd of Kazuha's E.
Also, as you just said, charge attacks are her strongest, but is also a gas guzzler. If you want to balance dmg and stamina management, definitely add yunjin to buff her normals instead.
I like her! I hope to get her from the standard banner one day. :)

Good keqing buff is that she should deal the same number of hits as her slash animations during burst. I count 18 small hits and thatd be good and make her ult consume maybe 60 energy for that or 50 :)

At Tip 2, 12:08 don't you actually want to use skill first then burst? You then use your skill as soon as you can, and by the time your infusion is down, your elemental skill should almost be available
