As another Nilou Getsuga Tenshydro enjoyer, I am please by your testing and comparisons ^^ Mine is on 100/180, 1800atk and 44kHP (2pc HoD 2pc TM; HP Hydro Cdmg) and it's pretty decent and fun ^^ Works well in my Ayaka freeze team alongside Shenhe and Mona/Candace. Thanks for this HydroSam :] Reject the meta, highlight the waifus

I just changed my nilou from a tankt high EM character to a main dos and her stats are 1900atk , 74c rate, 151c dmg, 44k hp
I would love to see a build with dps Nilou and Nahida support.
You are saying her name wrong, though. It is supposed to be "Nee lou".
I'm doing a main dps on field nilou, but bloom. I spent the last year basically pulling for 5 stars for her, and I got her on the very last day yesterday. So I'll run Nilou, Furina, c2 Nahida, and baihzu
I unfortunately had to skip Nilou for Nahida because I wanted her more, but I’m definitely getting her when she comes back. Imo, she has the prettiest design out of all the short female characters ☺️.

I love F2P builds with the whale builds. As a dolphin I have some 5 star weapons but I have majority 4 star weapons
I managed to win my 50/50 on her at 78 pity after it took me 149 pity to get Nahida. Anyways, I thought I'd use her simply as a hydro applicator for all my teams. But when I accidentally used the normal attack version of her skill while Firenado is active. Damn, I was surprised at how much damage she was dealing
Then, I decided to read her skill properly and it turned out each of those hydro NA are actually counted as skill damage
I bet you could make a pretty great tazer team with Nie-lou.
Can you do 4 pc vour glow on Nilou instead?
We should also have some good hp too because burst based hp and elemental skill too

What is your recommendation if you don’t have Yelan, Jean, Kazuha, Bennett, or furina..? Im broke except for her 😅

Does nilou basic attack scales from atack or hp and also does shimenawa work for nilou?
Nilou's normal attack scales from attack. Her main source of damage comes from her skill and burst, so attack stats really don't help her at all. Because of this, 2 piece and 4 piece Shimenawa really does nothing for Nilou. You can still build her to be normal attack centered, spawning her ring for hydro damage, but it isn't as good.
If you want to, you can build her in a Candace team to infuse her normal attacks with hydro damage, spawn her ring for more application, and her burst to nuke. Then Shimenawa might work okay, but I still think that sets that give hp, or Heart of Depth would still work better overall. I hope this helps.

I skipped Nilou because I’m waiting for raiden shogun but I’m really debating if I should get nilou or yelan since they are both such good dps and I like both but I can not decide what should I do???
yelan is probably a better pick (meta-wise) but nilou is amazing nonetheless, i just haven’t seen her used that much. I did hear she’s gonna have some great synergy with kaveh, so if u plan on getting him, they work great!
I rly wanted childe but I got nilou tryna get a 4 star at 30 guanteed pity 😢😢😢😢 so im gonna use his artifacts on her

I actually have this team built with a c2 jean as well and my Yelan is only at c0 but my artifact for Nilou is trash and I'm still working on it. My Kazuha is c1 as well.

4x Varukasha is worthy on dps Nilou?
I dont think so, to get 40% dmg increase she would have to take dmg, so maybe in bloom team, but you usually dont use dps Nilou in bloom team, so it makes no sense, 4pc heart of depth will be better, because you always get the full bonus and it’s similar to Varukasha’s, and you additionally get hydro dmg bonus so..
It's a team full of 5 stars that ain't ftp 😵 usually when people say ftp it has 1 maybe 2 5stars and the rest 4stars
I built Nilou in the exact same way that you did.... weapon, artifact set, team compositions and all. My crit value is very similar to yours as well... though it is not a perfect 200% :P. I love this build, but unfortunately, when built this way, she's just a worse Ayato..... and I HAVE Ayato.... I can "feel" the difference in power. So while it was fun for the memes, I don't think i'll bring it into the abyss. Only for overworld :P
Yeah why bother with a crappy budget ayato when the bloom dmg is so big

@@Lizelbanuelos123 -_- And what if Ayato has C2 as well? Unfortunately, Nilou just doesn't keep up in terms of raw damage per second AND area of effect (Ayato's slashes cover a much larger area).
Also,... the biggest factor that separates the two, is that Ayato's damage can be buffed by Bennet or Yun Jin, or any attack buffer like Sara, the Noblese 4pc, the Milileth 4pc, or the three star book Thrilling Tales. Nilou cannot.... she can only be buffed by Kazuha.... and as such, her crit build is BARELY viable for difficult content like the abyss.
