Last week I was talking to a Friend in China and he asked me to eat these same healthy foods you keep preaching about every morning. He said in china everybody eat them and it is their source of long life. He said the business that is sure to collapse ii china is Pharmacy and drug store. He said you rarely see them around since people don't get sick often. it is only complicated health condition that make people go to hospital he said. he said . he shockingly said doctors encourage patients to eat them everyday. so every Chinese has in his bag garlic , ginger , onion, cinnamon tea, etc in his bag and chew or drink as he go about his day. he said, its like a national policy.
