@@violetdots I really really have to disagree on the Thistleclaw thing. She was considered 12-14 as she was a new apprentice, and Thistleclaw was manipulating her and had been on some level since she was a kit. It's seriously not right to blame her for that.

I actually think that...
- The New Prophecy arc IS interesting! It's my favorite arc. I love Squirrelflight's development, and my favorite book in Arc 2 is Moonrise. It's interesting to see a PoV of a minor character, and see the Tribe of Rushing Water, and see FeatherCrow develop in a different perspective. Seeing Stormfur think about Squirrelpaw and Brook gives us a perfect example of the difference between true loves and crushes.
- I AM glad that Tawnypelt will never be leader of ShadowClan. First of all, she is very old - born in the first arc, and here we are in the eighth arc! Also, Tawnypelt does not want to be leader of ShadowClan. How would it be like to be shoved into a position you don't want to be in?
- Actually, Maggottail's mother named him Dashkit for his speed. That's a compliment. However, Maggottail CHOSE to change his name to his current one because he was proud that he survived the fox bite that also made his tail infested with maggots.

[OPINION] the only good books in the new prophecy were midnight and moonrise. i literally couldnt read until the end of the arc, it was so boring. i especially hated the third and fourth book. once they returned to the forest after their journey to the sundrown place, all they do is try to convince everyone to move out of the forest. i thought cody was a good character, though! i also dont like that they didnt make hawkfrost actually dangerous the entire time i was reading. i heard he was never a danger to thunderclan until the final book.
also tawnypelt was so irrelevant during the second arc. she was only ever mentioned because of her rat bite. she was one of those characters that was just there for the sake of having another character (probably just to beat up)

Also the story got weirder and weirder from Starlight onward [Starlight was still really good, but it introduced most of the ridiculous parts], so even if the walking wasn't perfect, it's still better than nearly everything else.
