I have the Title beginner bag shown at 7:00. I find if I try to go fast on it, I start losing control of the bag and it just swings wildly in circles. I certainly cannot replicate the "machine gun" like rhythm with it. I also have an old Everlast TaS bag, which I have not tested since changing my platform to the new corrected height. Might also be time to consider changing the swivel.
Love my Cleyto Reyes bag. I too was a bit squeamish to spend the cash, but after getting a series of really crappy bags, you'll realize immediately how much better the CR bag is as soon as you take it out of the packaging. Its craftsmanship is top tier professional by comparison. Other "intermediate" bags were all posers. The CR has thicker, high quality and subtle leather. The loop alone is clearly crafted better than 90% of the other bags available, not to mention the seams and the overall (next level) feel of the bag. - If you're a serious bagger, you will want this as part of your arsenal. You won't be disappointed..

Great info on all 3 fundamentals i have 2 -25&1-35 lbs dumbbells on top of my platform, seeing yours, i am going for safety factors and adding 3in wood and placing sand bag instead.. 1 question, in your new content your bag level to chin? What is the best height for intermediate or in general? Thanks again

QUESTION... How would the air pressure affect the speed bag speed? What's the recommended inflating procedure? [Besides wetting the needle]

That is a great question. The more air in the bag the faster it will rebound. However, the harder on the hands it will feel. So make sure you have hand wraps on. I never really fellow a particular pressure numbers. I just inflate it until it is hard enough to go really fast. But never over inflate because it will stretch the outer layer and Will eventually ruin the bag.

What is your opinion on the portable Joe Fabo doorway speed bag platform vs new portable title boxing doorway speed bag platform? I'm a coach an I'm leaning toward the Fabo and replacing the swivel. Your content is great btw. You remind me of my coach

Coach, I have a question and forgive me if you answered this question before, but how far away should we be squared off from the speed bag? Arms length? 3/4 arm? Etc... thank you again for these tutorials.
That is a fantastic question. And a very tricky answer. You don’t want to be too close that the bag can hit you in the face or too far that you can barely reach it. You have to try changing the distance one inch at a time until you find the sweet spot. It varies from one person to the other.
@@AhmedShraim thanks for the tip. I notice that there are times where I can feel the wind in my face of the bag more than others. Thankfully I'm not close enough to hit myself, lol. As always, thank you. Like I posted in another one of your videos, I just bought a speed bag set and because of your videos, I feel I picked up on the rhythm and flow a lot quicker

Hmm…all good pointers…I have to upgrade my swivel and add a custom upper base as when I hit with a lot of speed I feel alot of vibration. What kind of wood did you use and I assume is just wood glue with some deck nails to put them together.
I used oak for the custom piece. And just wood glue to glue the layers together.
