    The one thing I am sure of without doubt my anxiety has troubled me most of my life from a very early age and it has always resulted in stomach problems, diet and exercise have helped combat the the symptoms. Whether this is ibs I cannot 100 percent confirm, as it's undiagnosed, but the way my anxiety affects my stomach varies from day to day. Doing relaxation techniques has helped reduced some of the symptoms, even more than exercise and diet, but the mind gut connection in my opinion is very important in the treatment of this ailment.

    I got severe food poisoning in Mexico 15 years ago. My life has never been the same. Once I got home I started having Ibs symptoms,no one ever connected the food poisoning as the start of it all. I think I now have my answer as to why I have IBS, but what is being done about is my question .?

    • @NadimAJ
      @NadimAJ Před 2 lety +6

      Not really. Stress affects different people in different ways. Selfish and greedy people, psychos and murderers do not feel anything. Caring and overly kind people with bleeding hearts feel the weight of the world. I know I did for the first half of my life. Just watching the war mongers go and rape and pillage Afghanistan and Iraq on TV was enough for me. I've never had food poisoning in my life and am one of the worst IBS-C sufferers my consultant has ever seen.
