I'm 13 and I have missed 32 days because I'm so embarrassed to go to school because my stomach feels tight and hard to breath while it makes noise I'm just now starting to go to a therapist.
Yeah I just skipped school today because of the discomfort and nausea I've been having and I really don't want to go through at school it's so terrible :/

i 100% feel u so much, im already someone with anxiety but unfortunately i had a moment in my silent class where my tummy just started rumbling, long story short i rarely went to my classes cuz i couldn't face the fact and embarrsmet if it were to happen again, its definitely so hard to have that mindset where u clearly shouldn't care but in reality people don't care, everyone thinks about themselves, we have our own issues, i doubt someone is gonna think about that specific thing that happened to you that probs lasted 5 seconds, its okay I'm learning now and I'm trying my best as well to learn how to not think about it. i hope ur better now

Bro donno why whenever im about to go somewhere out, my stomach starts aching and i feel there's no energy left in my legs go weak and have to go washroom and im completely drained outta energy. I missed so many important things in life due to this. Schools, colleges, exams, events, etc and it's so humiliating.

I go through this period of anxiety where I’ll get like this anxiety pit in my stomach. I started experiencing it about 5 years ago. The feeling is so strong then I lose my sense of hunger and it’s hard to eat. Anxiety can be the worst sometimes.

This might sound gross but my anxiety cramps are so bad that I get diarrhea. As the years have gone by my anxiety has gotten worse and worse. My anxiety gives me butterflies and I feel like I have to use the bathroom or throw up. Just thinking about anxiety attacks give me anxiety attacks and I shake, hyperventilate and cry uncontrollably. I have no idea what I'm going to do about this when I become an adult, I've tried everything.
I have the same thing, starting with a bully at work. Now I get Diarrhoea, sick feelings, stomach pain, I constantly feel down, low on energy or like crying. It’s been 2 years since that job ended. I also have problems breathing and when i breathe in and out my stomach growls.
Okay I literally have this. I used to avoid everything. I had emetophobia and got a lot of help. Now that's kinda okay I still have my moments. And now I have anxiety w diarrhea before I'm going to school everyday etc.
Have you tried Dr. Claire Weekes? She is dead but has a few books.. it has helped me along with I have tried to trigger my anxiety over and over (at home) and in just weeks, I started to notice a much deeper relaxation in my body. Through triggering my anxiety on my own terms, I have become so empowered and no longer fear anxiety.

박미라 It really helps to breathe slowly😊 You breathe in for 5 seconds, hold for 2 seconds and breathe out for 6 seconds. It also helps going to the bathroom right before class.

What’s worked for me, besides meditation, cold showers, as cold as you can make it. I know they say do it slowly but if you can get yourself to just jump in it when it’s cold af.. and let your body settle into it.. you’ll be dancing by the 2nd minute. Really let you body relax into it tho. This will help your body get used to being comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Just stick to it. If you’re like me who loves warm showers, do your warm shower first, finish then at the end, hop out, make the water cold- wait till it’s fully cold then hop back in. Hope this helps at least a few people ♥️

You need to see a psychiatrist,they will prescribe meds that will help your anxiety so you can manage your tummy issues better ,wish you all the strength in the world ,good luck :)
I always feel like going to toilet two times in morning. even more when there is Exams and test. I feel depressed before going to bed and end up sleeping like after 1 and half hour after going to bed.

For the past 8 months or so whenever I go to any classroom my stomach starts making noise for no reason. It started when I had a test in English and before that being in a silent classroom wasn't a problem at all. But in that test, my stomach growled very loudly and people around me all heard it and stared at me. Mines started 8th grade during a math test it never happened before that day and now since that math test 9 years later I’m still going through it 😢 it Sucks bc it only happens when a room or class is quiet and there is people around me. I go through the exact same thing. It was so hard to endure for hours at a time during my AP exams last May… I’m going to a psychiatrist this month. Hopefully they help. I’m not sure where you are now with your anxiety, but like the video said, try to practice relaxing through breathing deeply through your chest and stomach while you’re not in the settings that make you anxious.

I’ve been struggling with this since sophomore year of high school, I’m a senior now and I just can’t anymore. It was more bearable sophomore year since I only had nausea but it got worse during junior year and I can’t and refuse to take tests because of the silence, it’s gotten to the point where I get anxious to even eat around other people. Yeah it started in 6th grade for me but I kind of found a way to get rid of being anxious I either tell myself that it’s stupid what I’m anxious about or talk to one of my friends before I do something

I find from studies that anxiety chooses a part of your body to annoy. For some, it's stomach, or others it's headaches and others it's chest pains or dizziness.
This happens to me too ! Just don't eat too much before going to bed and walk normally in your house... this can stop the pain and it can stop nausea too ! believe me ! this happens to me too!
I usually feel really nauseous in the morning and then throughout the day sporadically . If you ever feel nauseous in the morning drink hot water with half a lemon squeezed in . It helps relieves it a bit

I have a major phobia of needles. My mum said I have to get my blood drawn before Easter and I’m so scared. I get this heavy pit of intense anxiety in my stomach when I get close to something like that. I don’t know how to control it. But I’m truly trying to mentally prepare myself for it. Guiding myself through saying you gotta do what your gotta do in order to survive. I can control myself and I’ve done it before. I am strong and I can do it. I know I can. But the butterflies I get when I even think about it hurts so so bad. I get numbing cream if I get my blood drawn. But I’m pretty good at needles in my shoulder. I’d rather have that than in my arm. The nerves hurt so much worse than the 15 second injection. Idk what’s with that. Anyone else have any advice. I feel like I’ve tried it all. You’d be my hero for anything. ❤❤

My stomach has been growling none stop for almost a year straight, after I went through some life altering things last summer. I'm getting worried, lost a lot of muscle, fat, head hurts, ears are clogged, and losing taste. Having trouble swallowing too, and my throat feels like its closing up.

Sometimes when it’s anxiety and stomach issues I take pepto (weird pink stomach medicine) it helps neutralize the stomach acids so you won’t feel nauseous or anything
It’s really weird to be honest. When something goes wrong I get butterflies and I don’t know what to do really to fix it so I just let it be. But sometimes it gets worse like I’m laughing or smiling or having a great day and then I just feel like crying all of a sudden.

Duddeeee, i will get a really weird feeling in my stomach while taking a test. It’s the weirdest thing to explain but it’s uncomfortable and can sometimes tickle so I have to shake my leg while taking tests so it keeps my brain off my stomach.
I get anxiety about getting anxiety which makes me get anxiety about having diarrhoea and it stops me from everyday life. I leave class more than 5 times a day due to the diarrhoea it’s so embarrassing to talk about and being gone for long periods of times at school because I’m in the bath room is even worse because I think about what people will think. I’m going through the same it’s really hard to try and relax yourself when it feels impossible. right now i’ve missed almost 2 months of school because of this i have a therapist to help me but it’s like nothing helps. i don’t remember the last time i felt normal.

I missed more than half the school year and not going to school or at least trying even for a few classes makes it worse, my therapist says it’s avoidance anxiety. Most of the time I rarely eat because I’m nervous about almost everything and it restricts my eating and when I do eat my stomach gets super upset, I can’t tell my mom about it because she is super religious and won’t take me to a therapist or something to get some help for it, instead she’ll take me to a friend of hers that will “help” me and her friend is all religious as well and doesn’t have a degree in anything and is all about religion. I get extremely gassy when I'm in public (I have social anxiety), but when I'm home I feel completely fine and not as gassy (when I day extremely, I mean every second I'm outside, literally every second!)as I am when I'm out there. It's really embarrassing cause I can't sit next/ in front of someone without it happening or without me thinking about it..... I keep thinking if the people around me can smell it, and of course they do and their reaction makes me embarrassed and even more nervous which makes me just fart even more!!! I’m going through the same thing. It’s a recently new thing for me and it’s so embarrassing but don’t know what I can do about, I try and distract myself but for some reason I still can’t control it no matter what. The only thing that helps me is if I’m deeply focused on something. I’m glad to know I’m not the only one!
I do. It completely altered my life. Even today, waiting in a quiet hospital waiting room with loads of people, the gas attack is triggered. When I feel like there's no escape from the situation, it gets worse and worse. At least this time I could distract myself with music. In fact, a solution that often helped me in University was a technique called tapping, or emotional freedom technique. I suggest you check that out. I would repeatedly say in my head "even though I have this loud stomach/feel anxious, this bad stomach etc, I deeply and completely accept myself" whilst tapping on the side of my hand under the desk. This did help me. I would focus on this technique and actually start to relax, and my stomach would stay quiet as long as I kept repeating the sentences in my head. I suggest you try this, and I sincerely hope it helps. I know how terrible this problem is. Goodluck to you!

I have the same thing, starting with a bully at work. Now I get Diarrhoea, sick feelings, stomach pain, I constantly feel down, low on energy or like crying. It’s been 2 years since that job ended. I also have problems breathing and when i breathe in and out my stomach growls.

Okay I literally have this. I used to avoid everything. I had emetophobia and got a lot of help. Now that's kinda okay I still have my moments. And now I have anxiety w diarrhea before I'm going to school everyday etc.
Have you tried Dr. Claire Weekes? She is dead but has a few books.. it has helped me along with I have tried to trigger my anxiety over and over (at home) and in just weeks, I started to notice a much deeper relaxation in my body. Through triggering my anxiety on my own terms, I have become so empowered and no longer fear anxiety.

박미라 It really helps to breathe slowly😊 You breathe in for 5 seconds, hold for 2 seconds and breathe out for 6 seconds. It also helps going to the bathroom right before class.

You have a choice to react to your reactions. Still difficult but possible.
What’s worked for me, besides meditation, cold showers, as cold as you can make it. I know they say do it slowly but if you can get yourself to just jump in it when it’s cold af.. and let your body settle into it.. you’ll be dancing by the 2nd minute. Really let you body relax into it tho. This will help your body get used to being comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Just stick to it. If you’re like me who loves warm showers, do your warm shower first, finish then at the end, hop out, make the water cold- wait till it’s fully cold then hop back in. Hope this helps at least a few people ♥️

I’ve had this feel for months at a time
For the past 8 months or so whenever I go to any classroom my stomach starts making noise for no reason. It started when I had a test in English and before that being in a silent classroom wasn't a problem at all. But in that test, my stomach growled very loudly and people around me all heard it and stared at me. Ever since that my stomach has been making noise in every single lesson, test or not and I wan't it to stop. I've told my parents but I don't think they listen or they think I'm just exaggerating. I'm only 13 years old so I can't just go to a therapy or whatever by myself

I go through the exact same thing. It was so hard to endure for hours at a time during my AP exams last May… I’m going to a psychiatrist this month. Hopefully they help. I’m not sure where you are now with your anxiety, but like the video said, try to practice relaxing through breathing deeply through your chest and stomach while you’re not in the settings that make you anxious.

Getting a massage and going for long walks may also be helpful. Also, the walks would help to get rid of gas problems.

-Try to trigger the anxiety when you are in a safe place and do this over and over until you feel in control of it and not fearful of it
- breathe with conscious attention around the heart area throughout the day
- stretch 3 minutes before bed
- if you have fearful thoughts, make a plan for each thought (i.e. I am scared random guy will talk to me- okay if he does, I will fear my fear and talk to him anyway, etc)

I have a major phobia of needles. My mum said I have to get my blood drawn before Easter and I’m so scared. I get this heavy pit of intense anxiety in my stomach when I get close to something like that. I don’t know how to control it. But I’m truly trying to mentally prepare myself for it. Guiding myself through saying you gotta do what your gotta do in order to survive. I can control myself and I’ve done it before. I am strong and I can do it. I know I can. But the butterflies I get when I even think about it hurts so so bad. I get numbing cream if I get my blood drawn. But I’m pretty good at needles in my shoulder. I’d rather have that than in my arm. The nerves hurt so much worse than the 15 second injection. Idk what’s with that. Anyone else have any advice. I feel like I’ve tried it all. You’d be my hero for anything. ❤❤

When something goes wrong I get butterflies and I don’t know what to do really to fix it so I just let it be. But sometimes it gets worse like I’m laughing or smiling or having a great day and then I just feel like crying all of a sudden.

Duddeeee, i will get a really weird feeling in my stomach while taking a test. It’s the weirdest thing to explain but it’s uncomfortable and can sometimes tickle so I have to shake my leg while taking tests so it keeps my brain off my stomach.

I’m going through the same it’s really hard to try and relax yourself when it feels impossible. right now i’ve missed almost 2 months of school because of this i have a therapist to help me but it’s like nothing helps. i don’t remember the last time i felt normal.

I missed more than half the school year and not going to school or at least trying even for a few classes makes it worse, my therapist says it’s avoidance anxiety. Most of the time I rarely eat because I’m nervous about almost everything and it restricts my eating and when I do eat my stomach gets super upset, I can’t tell my mom about it because she is super religious and won’t take me to a therapist or something to get some help for it, instead she’ll take me to a friend of hers that will “help” me and her friend is all religious as well and doesn’t have a degree in anything and is all about religion. My gf tells me I have anxiety (she has had anxiety and depression her whole life and it runs in her family)

Whenever I sleep flat, my stomach muscles slowly slowly starts getting tighten and at one point it feels like I shall not be able to blow and release my belly for breathing and suddenly I have to turn at any one of side of my body. Same thing I feels when I ride my two wheeler. Like a speed fobia

I get extremely gassy when I'm in public (I have social anxiety), but when I'm home I feel completely fine and not as gassy (when I day extremely, I mean every second I'm outside, literally every second!)as I am when I'm out there.

I do. It completely altered my life. Even today, waiting in a quiet hospital waiting room with loads of people, the gas attack is triggered. When I feel like there's no escape from the situation, it gets worse and worse. At least this time I could distract myself with music.
In fact, a solution that often helped me in University was a technique called tapping, or emotional freedom technique. I suggest you check that out. I would repeatedly say in my head "even though I have this loud stomach/feel anxious, this bad stomach etc, I deeply and completely accept myself" whilst tapping on the side of my hand under the desk. This did help me. I would focus on this technique and actually start to relax, and my stomach would stay quiet as long as I kept repeating the sentences in my head. I suggest you try this, and I sincerely hope it helps. I know how terrible this problem is. Goodluck to you!

school starts soon and i feel nauseous and literally get so bloated and it hurts my stomach in class and makes noises it hurts so badly and in class i start sweating and can’t focus on anything because of it
