I believe that the "problem" with the Razor fans can be configured from the bios.
For the display it would have been good if it were tested with an external monitor, that way it can be ruled out that it is a problem with the video card

Copper heat sinks and liquid metal for cooling aren't always the best of friends. I hope you checked compatibility before applying. You risk your heat sink getting oxidized away if the two materials aren't compatible.

About trying to figure out at the start whether there really is overheating, and where is it, there is, for linux, the easily installed package lm-sensors. And it's possible to create a linux bootable thumb drive... and to boot nearly any laptop from that thumb drive. Once the lm-sensors package is installed, the command "sensors" prints out the temperatures of various components, plus fan speeds.

I would assume there is a thermal sensor somewhere that is not detecting what temperature the system is running at and just defaults to full blast on the Razor. I wish "I7" or "I3" wasn't used to list the processor. It means nothing. I have an I7-2600. I can promise you 100% even an I3-14100 is a vastly superior processor. So intel gen is more important. So 14th gen I7 would mean something. Ideally it should just be intel 14700 or something like that. 14700 tells me exactly what it is. But even 14th gen I7 means more. Even just 14th gen by itself means more.

Dont do as he does he clearly states its his first time using liquid metal inba laptop .. i work professionally on laptops everyday and some asus laptops come with liquid metal pre applied and they always use some kind of barrier to protect the rest of the board from liquid metal spilling. Google images of asus boards with liquid metal and u can see how they do it

On that LG with the screen flashing, that flashing can be caused by three main things. Failing LCD panel (i.e. back light), display cable, or the GPU faulting and resetting. The smaller connector on that PCB is for the touch screen's digitizer and the cable that runs underneath is for the LCD panel.

"Intel graphics are now a competitor!"... No... No it bloody isn't and putting Intel graphics in ANYTHING - IS A GAMBLE - and you damn well better be sure you know how to fix it and make workarounds. I can't believe they stick this crap in professional laptops. Such utter junk! Just because it says Intel on it does NOT justify the level of jank there is with Intel graphics - of all tiers! I just hope they don't do the same crap for the upcoming gen of GPUs

Thermal paste could be irritate your skin, I highly recommend use gloves, since even if you are not allergic it could cause allergy later on or who knows what if its build up in your system( it happened with me). Same with IPA it is not healthy to dry out your skin, then smear some chemical on it.

Liquid Metal is only half the battle when it comes to Laptop heat. Don't forget to undervolt your chip, can cause improved performance, with less heat.

Fix??? Ha ha what a joke! Uninstalling igpu does not mean fix.
Overheating razer swap to liquid metal is not a FIX, it’s a ticking bomb. You need to change that heatsink as the condensation chamber is faulty. So this video is not even close to a FIX!
