This PS5 Was In A HOUSE FIRE - Extended Cut
zhlédnutí 6KPřed 3 měsíci
This PS5 Was In A HOUSE FIRE - Extended Cut - This PS5 has melted pieces on the outside, but is it still working on the inside? Watch as I repair and replace various parts within this PS5 and as Robert does a mini-deep cleaning on some of the electrical components. You’ll be surprised to see just how much soot is caked inside! But with our efforts we might just be able to get this console good ...
I would like to pay to get my ps5 fixed if possible!
FYI, I think that Liquid Metal application was quite excessive. next time use a cotton bud to move the liquid metal from around the APU and re-spread that around. More was not necessary. Most if is squished out except for a nanometer film across the die. With liquid metal less is better, well actually this applies to thermal compound too. Cheers Steve!
no I think some one actually punched this with there fist when he lost at at COD on line
I watch your videos when I go to sleep so I can wake up with all the fixing knowledge
xbox sx broken😳
This is several times too much of this liquid metal.
wow
With all the bad news on xbox sides no wonder someone threw his console
Fixing a Xbox Series X... with a whole other Xbox Series X
You're looking so much better in this video. Love to see it ❤
Congratulations
6:46 dude you tried to put in a COD game *of course it's not gonna work*
Mine occasionally crashes, but only while playing Halo Infinite or Apex online on big maps. Re did thermal paste, but it still happens on occasion. Almost curious if a ram chip is flakey.
You are legend 💪
Put the blame on Xbox, If you are bad gamer. hehe
Steve, Would really love to see a tour of your shop/repair area and your storage/organization for all your parts and components, someday. So many saved consoles and electronics, and you usually have something to fix each one.
0:40 usually you can press the eject button and that’ll power it up like you pressed the normal power button (if it’s a working functional Xbox)
Looks like rage quit on steroids.
damn. 2 dev kit? that is rare.
Waste of money
Then get out of here. 😊
I hope the owner of this console is alright.
Admirable attempt to fix this, but the spare parts are gonna cost more than a whole new unit. Personally, with all that effort, it would be a good candidate for putting in a crazy case or doing something off the wall with it.
Are new spare parts readily available? Not everyone has a collection of non-working hardware to salvage.
Would never buy a Mac
Nice fix. Great stuff. As always.
Somebody got fed up of losing on Fortnite
Great Job Steve.
Definitely some parents got angry and use the hammer Or Gamer rage
Nice job Steve. I hope you are doing well. One question; why do Americans say "sarder" when it is pronounced "solder" as in sole der?
I've fixed heatsinks which have looked worse than that one. It's actually possible to get back to "close to original" - as long as nothing is "punctured".
That user must have been sick-minded to get deeply involved in a game just to realize he lost it and started smashing the poor console!
What happened to the “perfect amount of thermal paste” special effects?!?!? I miss that!!
Steve, I just now realized that you have a channel that is 'TronicsFix Longs'... I was going to your original channel looking for all the long versions but to no avail! Glad my pea sized brain figured it out!! Keep up the good work and hope your treatments are going well... can't wait to see you in a 100% clean bill of health!
Lol, glad you figured this out. Treatments are going well. One more to go!
Did I used to own that X Box?
I am crushed as there was no angelic singing and starshine as the 'perfect amount of thermal paste' was applied.
Yes! I knew something was missing!
The intro for the damage & continued laughter says everything before you start. You rock & thank you for attempting to fix what most toss away unfortunately. 🕵️🥰 One of three channels I get notifications for. 🙃🤑🫶😂
might as as well recycle it and buy a new one lol
It took some force to do that kind of damage! It looked like someone dropped it down a couple flights of stairs or something...
Someone rage quit?
Is the chemo over with? I don't keep up to date on it but I keep hoping you get through it asap.
I got happy when i saw he had hair
Wait this is old
Reeeeeeeee
This is a longer version of a video we put on my main channel. This channel is for the longer versions with more footage in them for those that want more details.
So where's the concrete xbox video
Looks like what I used to see at Cash Generators. Crackheads would break into a house, throw a mattress out first and then throw valuables onto mattress. Sometimes they would bounce off and smash on concrete
Diversity is your strength lol
This makes me sad poor xbox somebody really got angry. lol 😂
I suspect that the design of the XBOX Series X will have protected the Main Boards to some extent except for some of the Ports of course, That definitely seems like one Angry Significant other or someone seriously lost their rag while playing a Game! Cool Video though Steve! 🙂🇬🇧
Awesome! 😁
He didn't take the trash out on time
definitely a result from some unfortunate gamer who came under the ire of their spouse's rage. i have seen worse but damn, that is painful to the EYES. i hope you recover soon!
Great to see you giving these consoles a second life
So basically you paid $150 for a motherboard and had to replace everything else, the replacement parts probably cost more.
All thoese parts are spares as he has a repair shop, would you prefer he throw it in the bin ?
How the surgery to fix to your Habsburg jaw ?
I'm going with a bad report card and the Mother went crazy on the XBox lol . . .I had my doubt you would fix this one but the master proved me wrong congrats on the fix
