    Looking good there. WeatherTech is an excellent and reliable brand. It is so much easier doing the work on a brand new shiny truck instead on some old crusty relic. Enjoy the new rig on many happy travels. We opted for a Ford cab and chassis 4x4 and custom built a Knapheide body for our "Overlander" truck camper. Lots of compartments for storage and "stuff". Really enjoying your AK/CA trip. Cheers.

      Thank you - we also did think about getting a cab and chassis but decided because it would make our camper higher than it already is - sounds like you have a good setup - hope to hear about your adventures 🙂

    Those are really nice, will help with salt and debris a lot.

    Great vid...helped. -- FYI -- I ordered a set (Part Number: 110065-120074) for my 2022 350 DWD. When rough fitting with the under side bolt in first, the mud flap would not sit solidly in place w the fender and reach the outside screw holes. So I did the 5 fender screws first, with the product sitting solidly in place, but then just used thick plastic coated wire and made a loop and twisted tighted in place. I'd post a pic but can't.

    Hi Todd I noticed in the video that you have front tie down brackets for your camper.
    Torklift says on their website that they are not available for the 2023 yet.
    What brand are you using ?
    Thanks

      I bought these forklift brackets for the 2021 f350 that I had and they fit my 2022 that I had last year with no problem. When I put them on the 2023 truck that I have they fit but I was unable to put a bolt in the center of the bracket that connects to the pipe that the ties downs slide into. The bracket that I was unable to put a bolt into puts pressure against the frame when the tie downs are connected to the camper so I did not change it

    Are those the same flaps that would go on a single rear axle?

    • @makingtimenowmtn8995
      @makingtimenowmtn8995  Před rokem +1

      No they are specifically for a dually
