Hey folks, I'm glad so many people are finding these Beginners Guides useful, More to come!
The content the editing and the production value, it's surprising that you still have so few subscribers.
I played a few thousand hours of div 1 but just picked #2 up so these guides are helpful to dust of the old brain 😁.
Thanks you, that means a lot! Glad you're finding the videos helpful :-)
@@ThatAbrax I second Robert's comment, very well done and structured! Hope your viewers continue to grow, Div2 needs more quality content creators in the limelight :)
btw do you play in a clan compatible to CET and are willing to share it here? Getting tired of being the only one online all the time in mine.
@@TekFreak86 That means a lot thank you! I'm currently in the Gamerloop Network's Division 2 clan being in their stream team over on Twitch, a lot of their members are from America/Canada so there isn't usually may players on this side of the world so I feel your pain haha!
@@TekFreak86 Thank you, Means a lot!
I'm in the Gamerloop Network PC clan being in their stream team over on Twitch most of the members are from America/Canada so there isn't often many people online around our time zones so I feel your pain haha!
I only played the game up to level 15 before I stopped and have been debating giving it another go. Looking for videos that tell me more about the game recently, all I've been able to find are rambly, unprofessional videos from small channels. You are so well spoken and easy to understand that it has been a breath of fresh air. Thank you for your work!
Thank you for the kind words, I'm glad you've found the videos helpful!
If you're a new player who likes to play solo, use cluster seeker mine and hive reviver, the reviver will automatically revive you if you're downed and the cluster is useful against groups of enemies.
This was great, thanks!
As a lvl 11 greenhorn I would like to recommend to any other noobs that they try the second variant of the shield with a good shotgun.
I’ve just discovered it and find it to be a totally and utterly joyous way to teach enemy scum to respect mah authoritah!
The crusader shield is one of my favourites, It's a great 'Chaarrggeee!' kind of skill haha!
I don't play this game anymore, but you're videos are always interesting to watch.
Thanks buddy, I appreciate it.
Heyyyyy, it's that guy! 😆
Another great guide! Thanks dude :)
Thank you, glad it was helpful!
THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR!!! REALLY HELPS .on level 4 nov this game so far , also my 1st shooter game
No problem at all, I'm proud of this Beginners Guide series so I'm glad people are finding it useful!
I think i am very late in this game. Nobody plays it and no body is their to teach and help me in a lot of stuff. I really like these videos. They are very helpful.
Started today lol
@@MrBobHaley Yaah there is a lot of grind in this game. My tip to avoid pointless grind will be that after completing the game till level 30 just play warlords of new york DLC so that you unlock the end game content quickly.
i love the way you say "buffs"
Hahaha! Thanks!
@@ThatAbrax also subscribed, not just cuz of the great accent but great content with no RAID shadow legends
Cheers! don't worry, No RAID shadow legends here haha!
I’m binging your whole series as I stopped playing years ago at lvl 18, thank you so much! Also, how do I unlock more mods more quickly?
No problem, hope the vids have been helpful!
The gear/skill mods are drops and they can be farmed the same way you can with normal gear, when you hit the endgame you get 'Targeted loot' which will give you a rotating areas/missions of the map that have better drop chances for specific items, that gives you a better way to farm them in the endgame.
If you want weapon mods quicker make sure to be completing side mission and buying them with the SHD Tech from Coop at the White House.
Hope that helps!
Tyvm
More plz!
More is on the way!
Thank you so much for these guides. My friend and I are brand new players and still learning and these are so helpful! I was surprised by the fact that the chem launcher heal does more for allies than yourself. Is the hive heal better for self heals?
Hey, glad you've found this vids helpful!
On paper the Restorer Hive does do a higher amount of healing but you have to keep picking it up and putting it down again where as the Chem launcher does a little less healing but is a bit more flexible, I think personally I'd go with the Chem Launcher for the utility and mobility of it!
@@ThatAbrax Great, thank you again!
I want to be a healer, but I don’t know which one to choose. You said we can have two skills but not the same variant. So I’m assuming you mean I can have the Chem Launcher for Reinforcer and the Hive for Reviver? Does that sound right?
i simply cant find the talents you can apply to you caracter, fx on the move and so on? where do it put that on?
Just in time to teach my better half about it so I dont have too :) Ta muchly
You're very welcome, Hope it helps as always!
I have a question I had the scanner pulse skill and updated to the remote pulse skill mod but I don’t like the upgrade as well, is their any way to go back and use the scanner pulse again instead.
You can switch between the different skills and variants when ever you like!
Open your characters inventory menu and select the skill you would like to change(These will be at the bottom of the screen)
From there pick which skill type you want to use and it will show you all of the variants, then just pick the one you would like to use.
Hope that helps!
@@ThatAbrax great thanks.
What was the sticky bomb and trap skills? Is that DLC?
The Sticky bomb and the Trap are a few of the skills that come from the Manhunts which are the rotating endgame content at the end of the Warlords of New York expansion.
what is this build ??? i like it sir wrk my way to ur build vids from here Thanks for the great wrk
Thanks! I don't think I have a build video for this build... Yet! but I'm happy to put one together.
The baseline of it is 5 Skill tiers, 1 red core and Tech Spec(for 6th Skill tier), Combined Arms on the backpack, either skilled or Glass Cannon on the chest(depending on what I'm using it for) Turret, Striker drone, the Harmony rifle and something with Perfect Future.
I have changed the weapons up since though with new named weapons being released.
Hope that helps!
Yes it does!thanks
Hi how do I equip different skills
If you've unlocked the skill/skill variant you're trying to equip the way I mention in the video, Open your characters inventory(Gear screen) then at the bottom you'll see your two skills under your holster and knee pads, If you select one of them a new screen will open with all of the skills, choosing a skill will show you all of the variants then picking one of those will let you equip it!
Hope that helps!
Can we respec skills?
What do you mean by re-spec the skills?
- Once you've unlocked a skill you can't re-lock it to unlock another but you will eventually unlock them all.
- Skill mods are changeable at anytime.
If it was something else you meant, let me know!
so i’ve been playing for a few hours and i’m level 6 now, is that good ?
Nice, GG dude!
All FPS games should be like D2! I've gone back to playing it after 2 years and I keep finding different ways to play bette and its still really fun to playr. D2 is way better than COD MW 3, which in my opinion is a joke for $69.00.
What is PvP ?
PvP is short for 'Player Vs Player' or whenever you fight with another actual person.
In The Division 2 that's the Conflict game mode and in the Darkzones depending on how friendly the other player is feeling lol
@@ThatAbrax thanks so much if you have time could you explain all the other acronyms? So sorry this is all new to me.
No problem, hope this helps czcams.com/video/LDlcNlg56T8/video.html
