I mean technically his exit is clear. You are allowed to enter and stop in a yellow crossed junction box, the important part is that your exit lane must be clear even if you can't immediately get to it. In this case it is, just the car in front is blocking the way to the clear exit.

Just to be clear here Risey is a TWAT! But that road layout is poor, because although the level crossing road markings are correct, they do potentially give the appearance that immediately after the yellow box, there is a broken line which could easily be mistaken for a give way if you aren't focusing on the bigger picture - and I think that may be what has happened here. Having mentioned that, as an ex railway worker, why anyone would enter a crossing and stop is beyond stupid. You wouldn't be the first person to stall a car and then have it fail to start, and the middle of a level crossing isn't the way to go..

He tops out at 49mph before the "passing place" (actually an on-coming right turn ghost island) but maintains a constant 46mph the whole time he's being overtaken until he has to break hard for the break check. However the crap you pulled afterwards, trying to overtake or intimidate the other driver is arguably even worse than what he did.
4:10 - Oh look, it's you again Risey. Do you not learn? You clearly know that there is a junction right after the tracks, you clearly know that it's not an uncommon occurance for drivers to let others out at that junction and yet once again you drive on to the tracks before your exit is clear.
5:22 - Kacper, you could see that the other motorist was all over the place. Why not hang back a tiny bit and let them go ahead of you. Everybody knows that far too many drivers don't follow the lane when going straight across roundabouts so why not, where possible, avoid placing yourself on their inside. Slow down a touch, let them drive like an idiot and stay out of the danger zone.
8:21 - Terrible driving by the other car, but if you had looked back to the left before pulling out you wouldn't have been surprised by it.
8:27 - Luke, do you know that you're meant to go around the roundabout, not over it? Just because the car infront of you went straight over it doesn't mean that you should too. If you had slowed down enough to take the roundabout properly then the other car would have cleared it before you reached them. Quite frankly this is on you, they entered the roundabout just before you did and you crashed in to them because you couldn't be bothered to go around the roundabout correctly.

I mostly agree, but would add a couple of things: Looks like they just went through one of those village slow down sections between two national limit ones. In the same way you are meant to be doing 30 as you pass a 30 sign, not continue at 60 and slow down when you feel like it.
It is hard to hear clearly in the audio, but at 2:47 it sounds a lot like ‘I am going to literally wind him up now’.

Always wait for the car in front to clear a crossing before entering. That way you don't get held on the tracks.

Interestingly, I noticed a difference between Risley's two clips which is that in the second clip you can clearly see double white lines extending beyond the side road and that the road surface is new. On the first clip the road surface appears to have been scraped down prior to resurfacing because and beyond the level crossing there are no road markings and the cat's eye bases are standing proud of the road. Also you can see the spray markings placed on the road by the road laying contractors. A previous version of street view shows that the double white lines have been there for a number of years.
So whilst there were no temporarily double white lines when Risley attempted to overtake the BMW (giving him a defence), if he knows that road he should have known that his overtake would otherwise have been illegal.

I think it's a consequence of installing a dash cam - it seems in order to power the dash cam you need to pull the brake fuse so the brakes no longer work on cars that have dashcams installed. Seems to be a very common problem.

He also turned into the HGV at the last moment just so he could definitely hit it (didn't seem like there was anything to his right side and nox extreme (no ABS) but heavy breaking so steering would have been unaffected, there was a perfect line right there to just follow it around, perception check on this person was poor)
This is where insurance should place small 10% fault just so he loses 5 years no claims (I agree the fault was with the other HGV pulling out but this is to be expected on roundabouts)
