Workout: 3 sets per part
Part A (0:24)
Power shuffles - 20 yards x 2
Glute bridge circuit - 10 right leg, 10 left leg, 10 both, 10 seconds static hold
Single leg deadlifts - 10 each leg
Part B (3:00)
Lateral lunges - 12 each leg
Single leg squat - 10 each leg
Step ups - 10 each leg
Part C (6:07)
Burpees - 25
Mountain climbers - 100
Skater hops - 30
Remember to rest and take it easy! As is said at the end of the video this is quite an intense workout. I only managed Part A and B on one day then like half of C on the next 😂 so take it easy and be kind to yourself ❤

This is fantastic, but I can't even buy a yoga mat at the store because it's not essential and working out on wooden floor sucks
