I’m leaving Myvatn and heading out into the Ódáðahraun, Iceland’s vast Desert of Misdeeds, a lava field cursed and haunted by all sorts of bad things. At the other side of it is Egilsstaðir, the capital of the eastern regions, going out to explore the town a little and finishing my day at Vök Baths.
